Location is perfect, short walking distance from the Blue Mosque and nearby attractions. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, the staff super friendly and facilities were great, including a nice rooftop restaurant with great views of the Bosphorus, tasty food and complete breakfast, a nice indoor pool and sauna.

Excellent breakfast, veiw over the Bosphorus was incredible. Great location, easy to get to major tourist destinations and tram line, also not far from airport shuttle bus stop. Friendly staff, well equipped rooms.
Room a little small, but that's expected in any old city so not a problem!

The staff was excellent...helpful and welcoming...and the bed/room itself was comfortable. The restaurant was adequate.
Unfortunately, the location of my room was problematic since there were stairs between the elevator and my room. I have bad knees and walk with a cane, so this caused me considerable discomfort. Also, my room was above/adjacent to a very noisy street/courtyard that had comings and goings all night that prevented me from sleeping.
