The location is fantastic for exploring nearby attractions on foot, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The view from the rooftop unbeatable. Hot water was consistently available, making for a comfortable stay. However, the bathroom facilities left much to be desired, and some amenities were lacking. Cleanliness was average, and while the overall experience was decent, the value for money could be improved.

An absolute gem of a hotel nestled in Sultan hamed district. Less than a stones throw from the Blue Mosque & Hagia Sofia. Without doubt one of the best hotels I have stayed using Agoda. I cannot compliment the hotel enough for the care of their staff, who are not just a credit to the hotel, but a credit to Turkiye. We have plans to return to Istanbul, & when we do, it will be this hotel we choose.! A*** A massive thank you to all the staff & any people of Istanbul that made our visit soooo memorable

They claimed to have given me an upgrade, butI must’ve gotten the worst room in the hotel! The hotel was dirty, outdated and unsafe. There was no safety latch on the door and the room had an awful odor. The toilet seat was broken. and the drain on the floor was clogged and nasty. The toilet seat was so low that it was about two feet from the floor. I guess you’re paying for the close proximity to major tourist attractions (The Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, etc.). The hotel is located in Old City and close to public transportation. I would choose another livelier location in the Beyoglou area stay and pay blessed for a better hotel.
