    we stayed with my wife and two teenager girls for 4 nights in the family connected rooms. Everything was perfect. Great staff at the reception and breakfast, very good location at walking distance from everywere. I would recommend this hotel.

    This hotel is far from a five-star experience. I encountered both major and minor issues during my stay. In the two-room suite, both rooms had peeling wallpaper, and the bathroom showerhead didn't work. Despite being a family of five, we were only provided with two bottled waters per day, and my request for additional bottles was ignored. The staff was unwelcoming, with no greetings or smiles from the reception to the restaurant, and the atmosphere felt tense throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel lacks direct road access, requiring luggage to be offloaded far from the entrance and brought in manually. Moreover, every staff member seemed to expect a tip for any service provided. The restaurant had more tip boxes than the dishes. Even with the included breakfast, expect to pay 5 euros for a cup of coffee or a bottle of water. Overall, this hotel did not meet my expectations.
