Levni Hotel & Spa

We were upgraded to a suite on the second night of our stay which was really huge with amazing views of the city and was really fabulous! The original room given to us on the first night was small though it was neat, tidy and comfortable. Apparently this hotel is different from the Levni run by ACCOR group.

we stayed with my wife and two teenager girls for 4 nights in the family connected rooms. Everything was perfect. Great staff at the reception and breakfast, very good location at walking distance from everywere. I would recommend this hotel.

Nice stay. We had a room with a good view. Staff were helpful and everything worked well, except for the Nespresso machine chewing up pods!

We booked Levni Hotel & Spa expecting a 5-star hotel, especially as the advertised price was around €408 per night, don’t trust it ! although we paid €151 per night with a discount. Unfortunately, the experience was nowhere near what we expected from a 5-star property. We were placed in a separate building outside the main hotel. When we arrived, our taxi was not allowed to drop us at the front entrance, and we were left waiting around 20 minutes at a back door for someone to let us in. We were then taken to a very basic building. When I questioned this, the receptionist told me, “This is not a 5-star hotel, it’s only 4-star — maybe you meant 5-star reviews.” I found this extremely concerning and feel the advertising is misleading and deceptive. The room was very basic, with no English TV channels, no tissues, no welcome amenities, and an uncomfortable layout with the washbasin inside the bedroom. The breakfast was very basic, while the hotel’s dinner and massage prices were extremely expensive. Facilities that we expected to be included were also charged separately, including the hammam and jacuzzi. The swimming pool requires guests to wear a swimming cap. The reception service was particularly disappointing. We handed over our passports, and when we returned after 5 min to collect them, the receptionist initially told us he did not have our passports. We had to complain before they were returned to us. This was extremely worrying and unacceptable. Overall, I would not consider this a 5-star experience. In my opinion, the service and facilities are 3-star at best, and certainly not what we expected based on the hotel’s advertising and the €408- per-night price being presented. I would strongly recommend guests carefully check which building they are actually booking, rather than relying on the 5-star description. Our chauffeur has suffered to pick us up . No access to any taxi.
