Great location, terrific staff, exceptional all around.

The location was a mere 30 seconds from numerous shops and restaurants. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I have an injury to my knee and have to ice it to prevent swelling. The manager and her staff were ready with cups of ice after I returned every day. I chose this location because of the reviews and comments about its location and they were 100 percent correct.

Perfect location for exploring Istanbul. Fantastic staff led by an exceptional manager, Sema. She was so attentive and was always there to help us. Lovely view from the rooftop.
