Wonderful hotel close to the historic centre but in a quiet location. Wonderful breakfast - a feast and the most helpful and sweet reception staff :) We got around by public transport and foot and it was perfect with a metro tucked away 5 minutes away.

Our stay here was exceptional!!! The staff were so friendly, caring and helpful, the breakfast food was absolutely outstanding and the snack time in the evening was such a highlight after a busy day out and about. Beds were comfortable and the rooms clean and quiet. This was our first stay in Turkey and it will be hard to beat it! Thank you all so much
We liked everything! I only had a very slight issue in our room with a very low ceiling above my bed and knocked my head a few times but that's not anything that could be helped! No issues otherwise

The staff at the lobby are so friendly, especially Umayma, willing to support all the way to allow you to enjoy your stay. All the staff are supportive.
The breakfast and lack of varriery The non cleanliness of the rooms and he absence of cleaning staff after 3 pm. The smell at the buffet. One time we had to shower with cold water.. The facility is in an extremely crowded area. Very hard to get uber in this location and traffic is killing
