The staff is very friendly

The location was good and excellent views from the room. The rooms were clean if a little small. There was a range of food at breakfast but not of good quality and so we ate out for breakfast. Some staff were friendly but others rude, The cleans would stand outside the bedroom talking and so this disturb our sleep.

The staff at the lobby are so friendly, especially Umayma, willing to support all the way to allow you to enjoy your stay.
All the staff are supportive.
The breakfast and lack of varriery
The non cleanliness of the rooms and he absence of cleaning staff after 3 pm.
The smell at the buffet.
One time we had to shower with cold water..
The facility is in an extremely crowded area. Very hard to get uber in this location and traffic is killing
