Best Western Ronceray Opéra

The hotel has an excellent location, just a few steps from the metro station, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout my stay. There was also a lovely reception area where guests could enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, water, sweets, and delicious macarons throughout the day, which was a very nice touch. Initially, I was assigned a room on the 5th floor. However, the elevator only went up to the 4th floor, so I had to take the stairs for the last flight. Since I was staying for 8 nights, I asked if it would be possible to change rooms, and the staff kindly arranged a different room for me the following night. The breakfast selection was not extensive, but it was more than sufficient and offered everything needed for a good start to the day. Breakfast was not included in my room rate, and I had planned to pay for it separately. To my surprise, the hotel did not charge me for breakfast during my stay, which was a very kind gesture and much appreciated. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The excellent location, helpful staff, thoughtful customer service, and the welcoming atmosphere made for a great experience. I have nothing to complain about and would happily recommend this hotel to other travelers.

The only downside was that some of the furniture and facilities appeared a bit dated and could benefit from some refurbishment. However, this did not affect the comfort of my stay.
