Good value nice hotel

Nice spacious room and bathroom. Big windows. Large comfy bed. Charming reception and breakfast staff. Lots of parking.

The location is outside town. Limited restaurant offering (only the one inside the casino). The lifts were slow.

Great clean comfortable hotel with friendly staff

Clean and comfortable with great facilities.

Breakfast could be better and there should be a notice on the lift that only one set of buttons function I spent some time in the lift thinking I was stuck. Nevertheless all in all this is a great hotel and a great place to stay and enjoy

It is a very nice hotel. I like how soundproof it is. I always sleep very well there. I like the balcony. The shower is always nice and hot. Free coffee and tea and even some cookies.

The water provided I do not trust... i am afraid it is a refill bottle. That could be better with a sealed bottle

Very average hotel, doesn't deserve 4stars

The staff was nice.

Rooms definitely need to be renovated, especially the bathroom didn't look like in a 4star hotel (see pictures). There were old stains on the carpet. Very average breakfast, no vegetables, very few other choices.

Perfect Location

The hotel was spotlessly clean and comfortable and the staff were absolutely wonderful. My cousin had the room next to mine and we both agreed how relaxed we felt. We were in St Amand les Eaux for a family wedding so it was an ideal location for being picked up and dropped off. We both like to walk so we were very pleased at how easy it was to walk into town or along the river.

Nice place to spend a night

Clean, spacious room. Nice towels and bathrobs. Large bathtub, good water pressure. Good sound proofing. Breakfast is okay.

Found the hotel with requirement of twin room couple of hours begore checkin. After booking confirmation staff called and told only doubles are awailable and we can get additional bed for additional price. Had to say "yes".

First escape from the UK since lockdown to visit local family.

I’ve been coming to St Amand since 1986 as my husband was born there. Good to have a quality hotel as for a while, there was very little. This hotel has clean, comfortable rooms, spacious bathroom. Quiet. Great views across the surrounding countryside. lots of other facilities on site to choose from. good to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Dommage d’entendre autant de jour comme de nuit le bruit extérieur (gens qui parlent, circulation…) Parties communes d’accès aux chambres niveau 5 un peu vétuste ( moquette arrachée à la sortie des ascenseurs, murs abîmés)

Très bon séjour !

Le buffet du petit déjeuner est parfait, la juste quantité et j’ai adoré les œufs sur le plat. L’accueil est toujours très sympathique ! J’apprécie l’effort de faire le check-in de bonne heure ! C’est très appréciable !

Les toilettes de la chambre pourraient être améliorés : lunette mal fixée et chasse d’eau pas assez forte. De même, les baignoires pourraient être remplacées par des douches à l’italienne

Les WC dans la SdB, laquelle s'ouvre directement sur la chambre , c'est peu pratique et peu confidentiel surtout quand on est 2. Le détecteur de lumière dans le couloir qui s'allume dès qu'on se lève.

Établissement super. On a pu se restaurer sur place, profiter de l'ambiance du casino et se reposer dans la chambre au calme car l'hôtel est très bien insonorisé. Le personnel est très sympathique et souriant. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. Bref une très belle sortie.
