If you don't care about internet access or the breakfast quantity, its an ok stop.

The fact that we had the family room and it was with an additional connecting room with twin beds. A bottle of water in the room. Beds comfortable, the water flow in the shower was fine. The temperature, we had to put the heating up and I don't think this worked, but it might have been me not noticing the temperature going up.

There was a guest heavily smoking in our floor, about 4 doors down, it was stinking the whole hallway. The internet is non-existent and we had to go down to tell the receptions, who wouldn't understand us. She "said" she wrote to the IT person and we could wait in the room. Evidently, as someone that works in IT I could tell that the router is not near the rooms on the first floor so the connection was with only one little line and this was not always visible and it would drop. We heavily relied on internet as a family of 4, and I actually check this for every location. Being this so terrible of a service, I wouldn't have chosen it if any review would have made it clear. The lady in the reception was not helpful either, I know we were in France but usually hotel staff has to be trained in more than one language, at least English, and she didn't really speak it. The breakfast was extremely limited, only few things, scrambled eggs, a tiny tray with bacon, some yogurts, some fruit, croissants and a few more bits but for the price I guess I can't expect more. I believe nobody stayed in our room for some time as when I started showering a long legged spider started coming down inside the shower next to the soap dispenser.

Decent hotel, good value

Room was clean and compact, bed was comfortable and there were tea, coffee and complimentary water. Shower was a bit tight (I'm a big bloke) The hotel has secure parking with locked gates at night (great for bikers). Definitely stay again.

I didn't think much of breakfast choice comparing to some hotels that are similar in France but there was enough to start the day with a couple of croissants and a yoghurt. Maybe they had run out of a few things as we came down at 9am and I think it finished at 09:30 (trying to be fair)

Location was perfect for a stopover. Quiet area with plenty of dog walking options too. Good restaurant opposite hotel and huge supermarket aswell.

Good location: next to a restaurant and Leclerc shop. Comfortable beds and exemplary cleanliness.

Unfortunately the water supply to the bathrooms needs to be repaired, as all the time there was only hot water in the tap and shower, too hot for me, and no cold water. The problem was reported but was not fixed nor was I offered a change of room.

Would book again, our family loved it. Pleasant surprise on a trip from Eurotunnel to Belgium.

Checkout was not too early, so we could enjoy breakfast. The family room had one front door, split into two rooms, the kids loved having their own room! Reception was very friendly and helpful, at breakfast and also when we arrived late (2am, 24 hr reception it seems). Electric car chargers available (not sure if listed, we drove a petrol car so did not try).

Some noise from next bathroom. Nothing major.

Good value hotel. We woke up with bird sounds, which was very nice. Bed were comfy. Parking is good and easy.

If there were nets on the windows it would be nice. Air is so fresh that you want to open windows but since you are in the forest it is full of mosquitoes and other kind of bugs. Sound proof is poor between the rooms. There was a constant sound like generator or something making it impossible to sleep in peace.

the staff on reception, Sophie was a real gem, I hope Best Western appreciate her and she is definitely a a wonderful asset for them, back to the property now it was clean affordable perfect location for our base for a couple of days , you can get a 10% off voucher for the restaurant next door whose food in incredibly good !

Great hotel for a short no-fuss stay at a very reasonable price.

Quick, friendly and fuss-free check-in. Room was clean, as were bathroom appliances. Room seemed pretty much new. Room temperature on arrival just right. Wifi reasonable. Uncomplicated shower for a change with good water pressure. No trouble with noise from neighbouring rooms. Good selection of TV channels including Canal+ and possibility to select language of program where possible. Gated and well-lit parking. Would stay here again.

Bathroom floor was a bit dusty in the corners. Air-conditioning fan creaky when starting up. Louder motor sound coming from somewhere, seemed to be from outside at the back of the building. If you're a light sleeper and don't like ear-plugs I'd recommend asking for a room higher than the first floor, possibly to the front and on the right side of the hotel.

Very pleasant staff Parking is for free and inside a protected zone. There is a nice restaurant just beside the hotel with many meal choices and excellent price/quality.
