The staff were friendly, helpful and very professional.
Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
The linen was very clean and smelled sweet and freshly laundered.
The meal, which was not at all fancy, was perfectly adequate and enjoyable. We did not need a fancy meal after a whole day travelling and with another one ahead of us.
Overall a very pleasant stay at a reasonable price. We will certainly consider using Novotel again.
We had a little trouble finding the place as our Sat Nav sent us the back way through the Tesla compound.
The hotel was a little tired in places and although the staff were amazing we felt there were far too few of them. A couple more would have made al the difference to guests and staff alike.

Room was a good size, and bar staff especially Jade were very helpful. Evening meal very good
Bathroom needs a bit of TLC

The staff were really friendly and we had a very nice meal in the restaurant. Reasonably priced as well. Breakfast was very good as well. Nice young man saved the day by making me an excellent coffee from the “proper” machine. The general machine having failed twice to produce anything drinkable. Sorry, probably just an old person speaking.
We had stayed in a Novotel many, many years ago when our children were young and we realised that although it was still a good family choice it was not for us oldies.

Gem of a hotel with lovely staff, atmosphere, location ( en route from Paris to Brussels) and value for money. Rooms very comfortable and clean as can be expected of a Novotel. The place has gone out of its way to make it family friendly with lots of little games, foosball table, table tennis for children and a welcoming ambience. Outside pool was clean and whilst a bit cold didn’t stop our children from jumping in. Breakfast was amazing with local food and really good value for money. The town nearby had a really quaint fountain with cycles and is beautiful. We drove a few kilometres to a lake vantage point with different types of birds nesting which was a delight and a lovely pub in the evening for a lovely sunset dinner. There are Tesla superchargers at the back of the property and free parking.
Nothing - all excellent

The staff are so lovely and went above and beyond to give us a great stay.

Convenient location, open 24 hours allowing for late arrival, plenty of parking, spacious room.
Very noisy at night. Right by the freeway and due to charging stations people pull up all night long playing loud music. No elevator to first floor but they are building one. Fungus in corner of shower base and on ceiling, which needs to be treated. Room not feel super clean.

That it had free parking and that’s why we choose it. The bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful but we had several issues so we stopped going to them. This hotel did not represent the high Accor standards that we were used to. In hindsight I wished we’d looked for a better location to Le Quesnoy where we were visiting the NZ war memorial.
It was in need of an update. The following things that were advertised did not meet the grade. The mini bar was broken but the staff did offer us the bar fridge. The wifi was difficult to join as we are no longer Accor members. The shower head only faced down and we had to wedge it up. They had a smart tv but you could not use any apps and only one English channel. We thought it was poor value for money, and had expected a lot more.

Instalations are good, staff were very nice, very clean, leisure area, green area.
Pillows are really bad, they accept pets and well they did noise, prices of the drinks were way to high and not good quality, breakfast is very basic and the eggs were really really bad, no coffee service in the room just tea service. Price was high of what it is we payed more of 150€ night and is worth no more than €80.

I have stayed at this hotel before and was already well impressed with the family friendly atmosphere and many play options for my 4 year old son. This time was travelling with our family dog and was really impressed with the reception of the dog. Not only where dog bowls already prepared in our room, the dog was treated like royalty. Access more or less every where on the leash. Water served to him while we where having dinner. Room located on the bottom floor, so he did not need to climb stairs, when we wanted to go for a walk. Also the offer on kid games, block building corner and many outside games really make it a dream place for kids. A small game as a present for my son on arrival is also a very nice gesture. The location close to the highway in the north of france make it a perfect mid journey stop.
On top of that the breakfast buffet is large and has very good quality products. The restaurant has a great choice as well.

very cool lobby area with kids place area and a welcome amenity
check if staff went beyond expectations explaining some details of my booking and how needs to be done next time but totally helped this time to keep things smooth
A/C is controlled by master and cannot really make room cooler even if it gets hot overnight

Uncomplicated, efficient room with a comfortable bed. The restaurant served very decent food and the service was good. Not the cosiest of table layouts, but quite OK.
It wasn't possible to turn down the heating in the room.

Helpful and kind Stuff, good Bar and Food,
The building and rooms a little bit over the time. Outside of the city. Noise from Street if you open the windows.

very friendly receptionist lady, food in restaurant was ok
no aircon, the old standing fan didn’t help much
8.0 / 10.0
The hotel is amazing for families with really thoughtful extras, such as board games in the bar, table football games, even a reading book for children and a bookshelf for adults. It was lovely and clean, downstairs was very modern. The rooms were large and super clean, but a little dated. The concierge/ receptionist was a wonder. She gave us a fabulous welcome, and really looked after every single guest. Breakfast was brilliant
The room was sweltering and we couldn’t open the window because of having a child in the room. To be fair there was a heatwave in France at the time of our visit, it was 30’c outside, but it was 34’c in our room and there was no air con. So a uncomfortable night for anyone that struggles with heat. Luckily it didn’t bother half of our group

Average hotel, everything was fine but nothing stood out. Tesla superchargers in the yard, which is why we stayed there. It's a decent place to stay if the price is low/moderate.
Very warm room with no AC.

The pool, the quality of the food
Poor sleeping conditions with bad quality of pillows and very hot rooms (impossible to sleep with open windows with the noise from the highway) and very small and poor quality of mattress for the kids bed

Friendly service. The hotel has a nice swimming pool.
There is no airconditioning in the hotel. We got a fan from the staff to cool down the room a little.
