Bad organization, bad service. Brakfast not good . Stay away

The location

Staff and organization terrible, breakfast no refilled, eggs, yogurt not available , the woman from the staff was alone and she has to take care of the bistrot and check out of other Guess, no time to follow the breakfast room, the sleeping room was frozen at my arrival, the lift orribile, Price out of sense too much expensive for service offered, . This hotel is definitively cancelled from my list. I am sorry

Ideal stop-over

Everything! Friendly, polite and knowledgeable staff. Comfortable room. Great food in the restaurant and very reasonable prices. Peaceful setting. Conveniently placed stop-over when driving from the Channel ports / tunnel to the Netherlands

Very friendly staff and a lovely building. We only stayed here one night in our way to Efteling, but it was everything we needed.

Only one window could open (and only by tilting) so the room got a bit warm.

You can unwind here. What a great place to to relax in Dongen.

Quality Breakfast. Quiet Place, wonderful place to relax. You want to try club sandwich of the restaurant here. Room ceiling is high enough to feel relaxing mood. Staff are very friendly, you will defintely feel that you are welcomed here.

Nice hotel close to the Efteling

Beautiful building in the center of Dongen, close to the Efteling. The room was nicely decorated. Big bathroom. Free parking in front of the hotel. Very quiet. Good breakfast selection.

The elevator was a bit weird. By the time it arrived at the ground floor it was going up again because someone upstairs called it, and we didn’t have a chance to get in. I missed the possibility to hang up a towel near the sink.

Great hotel in a great location.

Great location, great building, nice breakfast and drinks in the evening. Great staff. Happy to stay there again if we're in this area.

We were there during heat wave and lack of AC in our room was a problem. Difficult to sleep when it's to hot. A fan was provided but wasn't powerful enough. Also no EV charging at the car park. (Even a paid slow one would be great to recharge the car overnight).

Fantastic hotel in Dongen.

We arrived to an extremely warm welcome, and easy check-in. Plenty of free parking right outside. The room was well equipped with a large bathroom, powerful shower and comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of choice, and staff supplied plenty of hot drinks. We ate our evening meal at the hotel, and this was exceptional, too.
