Not a nice stay, I would never go back

The staff were polite and helpful

The property was like a building site, it was being decorated but there was a lot of mess in the lifts and in the corridors where the stairs are, which wasn’t mentioned when we booked. There was a lot of noise and loud shouting outside the hotel, which went on until the early hours. I would never go back.

The location was perfect and the breakfast was excellent. Comfortable bed.

The room had been refurbished. The shower floor was slippery and there wasn't a slip mat supplied or anti-slip flooring. The room needed a second bin for general waste, as there was only a small bin in the bathroom which wasn't ideal when disposing of coffee sachets, t-bags, empty milk pods, and general rubbish. There used to be a bedside light either side of the bed but now only 1 side.

In the room there’s everything you need

The location is quite far from the city center The walls are ragged in some places The electricity outlet where you are supposed to insert the card wasn’t working properly so the lights were being switched off from time to time

Terrible expierence

The location was good. Free parking was nice.

The bathroom was not clean, the wall was weirdly pink above the sink. Holes in the walls of the shower, mold in the extraction unit. Spider webs in the bedroom hanging from the ceiling above our bed, the bed was broken. And we had mosquitos.

Big parking, barely found a spot due to the hotel being fully booked.

The elevator was not working, the room generally looked very old and barely functional. There was hair on the bed; the toilet, sink, carpet not clean, bed was uncomfortable and felt like a hammock.

It’s okay if you consider a price ratio

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff is very attentive especially Yared, he helped a lot with the issues we had. The hotel located pretty far away from the center and it’s very inconvenient to go there by public transport. But referring to a price ratio it’s okay.

I suggest the hotel needs a bit of a renovation, or at least kettles can be changed, because the one in my room was gross…

The extremely hot room, no a.c., so forced to open the window, which lets in all the noise from the parking lot. Full with migrant workers. And a restaurant which was closed everyday.

It's cheap and cheerful. Fine for few nights on a work trip. Free car parking.

It's located in a business park, with no facilities near by. It's a €20 taxi ride into town and €20 back. No food was available at 7.30pm in the bar/restaurant.

Staff was really friendly and helpful

They had rental bikes although we did not know at the beginning and had rented them somewhere else. They also had a place to park safely the bikes we had. Staff was completely friendly, Location was a bit far from city center by bike, and the public transport was a bit far from it, but overall service and comfort in Hotel was good.

Room was quite small, no fridge inside. The bathroom has definitelly seen better days.
