Good stay and value for money

Personal contact with staff. Easy check in procedure. Size of the room. Comfortable bed. Kitchen facilities very convenient. Nice breakfast

Nice place, good price. Als nice to have access to the kitchen with fridge etc - we didn’t use it, but would use it if we stayed more days.

Toilet on the ground floor was a bit uncomfortable but not too bad - it’s only two rooms in the whole b&b and we were the only guests.

Superb

Coen and Erik were very friendly and hospitable hosts, and they have designed a very impressive bnb. A converted historical farm from the late 1800s, Bievangh was a cozy but somewhat spacious place to stay, well designed and accommodating. The pics on here don't do the spot justice, there's a lor of pride taken in style and comfort here.

Only drawback is the one bathroom is on the first floor, while the two bedrooms are on the second. As a middle of the night pisser, this isn't ideal. I guess it's a city regulation they're trying to work around eventually, but has to do with the historic sighting. Also, as a tall man (6' 2", nothing extraordinary) the bed was a little short for me, about 6'.

not happy with it, some basic needs were not satisfied and it's not ok that i had to wait so much

the room was clean and big, good room for the price

broken windows in the room were not acceptable, also i discussed with the staff that i was going to return there to pick up my bag after work, but the facility was closed and no staff was there to allow me to enter. It was raining a lot and i was completely soaked. They never came, another guest opened the door for me

Nice big room with seating area, tv etc. En-suite bathroom, small but clean. Very friendly host. Lovely kitchen area on the landing with coffee, tea, snacks etc.

i booked this b&b for the privacy and to stay a little off the city center. the architecture of the building is stylish and warm the host is very helpful when i needed. breakfast was good and decently priced

Nice and cozy location (except the stairs), easy going hosts.

Breakfast was fine and lovely prepared in a picnic hamper :) the situation altogether is rather private, so one doesn't feel like in a hotel. For dogs the environment is more than ok, they could run on the property together with the owners dogs (even a basin to swim is there). The house is easy to approach (not far away from a highway but still quiet) and a bit outside of town. A Chinese restaurant by the way is in walking distance.

Maybe the fact that there is only one toilet, which has to be shared by all the guests, does not meet nowadays standards. Moreover this toilet is located downstairs so you have to cross the entire hallway in order to reach it. The stairs in general are rather steep in the NL, which makes it a bit hard for dogs to move up- or downstairs (also for smaller kids!)

Very good

Everything else. The place is beautiful, it's an old farmhouse converted into a B&B. They have a little vegetable garden, some chicken, two sweet dogs and a cat that keeps telling stories (meowing). Our room was a little studio, with a kitchen and bathroom. They were both fit for purpose and modern. I definitely recommend this place!

There's a big road behind the B&B, inside you don't hear it much, but some people might be inconvenienced by it.

Prima B&B om te overnachten echter met gemeenschappelijk toilet op een andere verdieping.

Locatie was goed. Kamer was groot en schoon. Gelegenheid om koffie of thee te pakken was prima.

Er kon geen raam open op de kamer wat wij niet als prettig ervaren. De gemeenschappelijke toilet was beneden.Daarom zou ik daar niet een tweede keer gaan verblijven daar ik er 'snachts veel gebruik van maak.De vloer kraakte erg waardoor de "buren" dit als hinderlijk zouden kunnen vinden.

Prima locatie, maar wel voortdurend verkeersgeluiden. Vriendelijke gastheren. Lekkere douche.

Er is geen toilet op / bij de kamer, wel een goede douche en ruime kamer. Iets meer ruimte bij de douche en dan met een toilet. De opgegeven reden, dat het pand een monumentale status heeft en daarom geen toilet bij de kamers, vind ik een beetje vreemd, want waar een douche is, kan ook een toilet. Geen horren voor ramen, geen uitzicht. Veel muggen.

Liebevolles B&B mit vielen netten Details

Das B&B liegt zwar in der Stadt, aber dennoch ein klein wenig ab im Grünen. Dadurch war es dort sehr idylisch. Frühstück konnte man optional dazu buchen und wurde am Morgen gebracht. Es gibt außerdem einen Kühlschrank und Küchenmöglichkeiten.

Es gab leider nur 2 kleine Fenster, die das Lüften im Sommer sehr schwierig gemacht haben. Ist aber baulich leider nicht mehr erlaubt gewesen.
