When booking, it was stated that check-in was until 22:00. i booked the hotel in the motorway car park at 21:20, arrived at the hotel at 21:50 reception closed, phone not answering. I had to look for another hotel and on top of that you charged €92 for a no show today.

Lovely hotel near good cycling routes.

Very friendly and helpful at check in with fresh homemade coconut cookies. Very good value for money and an excellent breakfast selection. Big comfortable bed with a pillow choice option. It was a hot stuffy evening and unfortunately a previous guest had broken the window but was offered a different room choice. We were next to the balcony so we're able to sit outside and also had a fan. Small shower in the bathroom but a powerful one. A really friendly man in the restaurant too. We parked our bikes in a secure shed with power points; also noticed a selection of bike repair tools and puncture kit.

Looked good at beginning but has major problems to fix.

Nice location, easy to park. Clean. Breakfast included, but not special. A Calm place.

The room was so small , normally a quadruplet room but no space for four people to just fit standing. It was so hot we could not sleep. The bathroom was blocked and water would come out when showering . Very bad stay, I wonder now, how it’s high rating attracted me to book it. Would not suggest it.

There is a bar that is next to the hotel and plays really loud music. They provided earplugs and that helped us be able to fall asleep.

very friendly, welcoming staff, very good buffet breakfast included. it had easy parking, and was close enough to kinderdijk to visit easily. Not expensive.

A decent hotel stay.

1. Off street parking. 2. Pleasant helpful staff. 3. Modern, well maintained room. 4. Air-conditioning in room- although this is an extra charge. 5. Great breakfast which was included in the price. 6. The hotel location was perfect, close to some great restaurants such as Timmy’s.

1. No wardrobe in the room- only 2 coat hangers hung on the coat hooks. Not good if staying more than 1 night. 2. The new rooms are not really soundproof. You can hear your neighbours come into the hallway on an evening. It feels like they are in your room. 3. The access stairs to the new rooms are up an external fire escape- spiral staircase. Not great when trying to carry your luggage to your room.

the location. the hotel itself and restaurant nice, breakfast okay, coffee was really good.

we actually paid extra for a deluxe room, we arrived there and were told that the deluxe option was not available and we were not offered to get back the price difference. actually for the reception it did not matter at all.

Beds for tall people are impossible to sleep. 5cm thick moving around all night long. Besides there are light switches right behind your headrest, so every move turns the lights on! Scary during the night. Didn't sleep well.

Everything as on photos. Room was good, soundprof is good.Breakfast is ok.

We had room on first floor, and window was just next to door. In the morning people was out of hotel and slam the door. And we woke up from this. Maybe it is possible to put spring for door will close slow. :) expect this moment everything was good.
