Dissaster. I departed directly after arriving.

Free parking

Its now in use as refugee shelter and its fully loaded with refugees. The hotel didn’t separate this activity and the few rooms they offer for hotel guests are amidst loudly staying refugees. Open doors and lots of people on the corridors. Felt unsafe. Very bad maintenance and everywhere dirt and broken facilities. This hotel shouldn’t not be on the Booking.com offerings at all. Unacceptable.

Good size room

Very poor lighting in rooms (we needed a 2nd one). Bed in first room was broken and very noisy so we had to move rooms. The hotel were very good and immediately gave us another room and upgraded the room too, so no complaints.

Very good and trained staff. Rooms are spacious (may take more furniture though). Excellent hot shower. Location is easy to reach by car. Parking is free and places are available.

Dinner could be better. Room air-conditionig is noisy (fan of the neighbors at night could be heard) Blankets are too warm, even if airconditioning is turned off. I do not and did not watch TV but I found the position of the TV in the room a bit strange - being on the wall opposite to in between the edge of the bed and a single chair. Some things in the room look outdated and "tired" (e.g. sink in the bathroom, bathroom door handle seemed to need repairs)

small room, old, no above light and lamps are old and in bad condition. do not recommend, too high price for this room, for sure in this old condition.

Very good work location; free ‘soesjes’ and ‘oliebollen’ with Christmas and New Year.

Housekeeping did not renew amenities although had 8 night stay - sheets done ones on request only.

The last disappointment

The check in process went well.

The room was not clean, something had dripped next to the bed, the sides of the room had plenty dust, under the bed was some candy, the shower had brown spots everywhere and in the closet I found the underwear of the previous guest.
