Great value for the money. The hotel is completely renovated with super nice rooms and facilities. Please ignore previous comments about not being completed. The entire area is beautiful.
We had the pleasure to visit multiple restaurants and all of them had great food. Recommend to book them already the first night to make sure that you have a spot.
Staff is super friendly and helpful.
Our room was always clean and filled up with water, drinks and snacks.
Pools and beach is great with plenty of options for everyone.
The only negative aspect is that a big portion of the staff doesn’t speak English, so sometimes it can be a bit tricky to communicate, but it is always sorted out somehow.
The resort is huge(you have access to all other hotels under the palladium umbrella), sometimes it can be a bit tricky to navigate.
You can take out how many towels you want, so people tend to book up a lot of spots without really using them. When arriving later to the beach, it was usually difficult to find something. Recommendation would be to limit the number of towels a room can take out.

Rooms outdated terribly hot hot hot the restaurants aren’t fully closed in their like roofs with no siding so it’s humid and hot inside the room ac didn’t get really cold at all had to keep fan on lot of walking Nd riding as everything is spaced out will not be returning
