All and all is not that bad but next time I'd definitely try another resort. The Palace is niche but the rooms need renovation specially with the AC. On my 3N/4D stay we were moved to three rooms, the first was not clean enough and the closet doors+drawers were too haed to even slide, one was broken, the second room had the AC so loud that I couldn't sleep well, then they technician came and could not regulate the temperature only the power and put it on low so the room after some hours was warmer than outside. Because of that we changed again, we lost time packing and unpacking and the AC in the third room was as loud as the one before, so had to turn it off to sleep. The staff is very nice and helpful, they gave us a couple of hours extra to check out (after I complained) wich was comfortable. The food and drinks are good, but the rooms not that much.
