Instalaciones nuevas pero zonas sin inagurar y con obras por todos lados.
NOS ROBARON DE LA HABITACIÓN Y NO SE HICIERON CARGO DE NADA. Tuve q escribirles mil veces y dan vueltas y no solucionaron el tema.
Dias anteriores AL ROBO NOS dieron vueltas CON RESERVAS EN RESTAURANTES , el hotel estaba recién reinagurado y nos cobraron un servicio de mayordomo q no servía y era peor.
Desde el primer día insistiendo q quería reservar y dilataban la situación y nos quedamos sin poder cenar donde queríamos (9 noches estuvimos)
