Everything was 10/10, Luis the guy from golf cart I highly recommend everyone staying there or going to stay there in future try going with him on golf cart, he’s a walking radio all time, Our Butler was Robinson Reyes, very nice guy. Every time I texted him he helped us with all our queries, every morning he texted us with good morning message and daily activities. Everything was 10/10 except our upstairs neighbors who started using our private pool in our absence and started making it dirty, when we were not there. On our third day of stay we went to Santo Domingo capital city and when we came back these people left their rubbish there and we had to call reception and security. When security came and told the lady that it’s private pool, next day again they started using the pool, I don’t know if she was dumb or illiterate. And their kids were using every single private pool on villa 26. But this is not hotel or staff’s mistake, hotel and staff and everyone was 10/10

Instalaciones nuevas pero zonas sin inagurar y con obras por todos lados.

NOS ROBARON DE LA HABITACIÓN Y NO SE HICIERON CARGO DE NADA. Tuve q escribirles mil veces y dan vueltas y no solucionaron el tema. Dias anteriores AL ROBO NOS dieron vueltas CON RESERVAS EN RESTAURANTES , el hotel estaba recién reinagurado y nos cobraron un servicio de mayordomo q no servía y era peor. Desde el primer día insistiendo q quería reservar y dilataban la situación y nos quedamos sin poder cenar donde queríamos (9 noches estuvimos)
