Staff is exceptional, makes you feel like royalty. We had a hot tub on our balcony which was amazing, and our room was very big. The main pool is very nice, we didnt spend any time at the other one. We loved our stay.
Our main bathroom had a drain in it that was smelly. We kept the bathroom door closed most of the time. Not something that would deter us from staying, but probably the only negative we experienced.

The only thing we found to be less than perfect was the bedding was a bit hot.

From the ferry pick up to drop off everything in between was amazing. Breakfast every morning was amazing & staff was great. Pool is gorgeous with amazing views & staff was there for every need. Stayed in Junior suite with partial view which has a great little sitting area outside, felt like our own little home
Full length mirror needed!

Views are great, hands down. It's not just the angle of the camera; you are less than 20 yards from the water. The service is very attentive and easy-going, if you don't know what to do on the island, just ask!!
I'm an American, so the water pressure and temperature are sometimes off. There were too many flies at the pool on a sunny day after two days of rain. I don't know if that's normal, but it was a little annoying

First of all the staff was fabulous! Dimitris and Niko in particular went above in beyond in providing exceptional and friendly service. We also loved the view from the room and the pool (loved the lights in the pool at night!). Breakfasts were lovely - again great staff as well.
We wish we could have stayed longer. It was so pleasant and relaxing we didn't want to leave.

The location is great, but the rooms are so small, also the restaurant is really small, we got lucky that had spot for breakfast (and breakfast is not good) honestly the money is not worth it. The staff was kind tho!

Great room with heated pool and comfortable accommodations. Nice location.
Finding parking was initially a little challenging and not the best walkway to town given disconnected sidewalks (which affects most of the hotels)

Very helpful staff and great location. Pool was great. Breakfast was amazing. The view was awesome (front facing room)
Room was very small. No space for second suitcase. Room can smell due to drains.

The location was amazing. Walking distance from the city center. Facility itself is beautiful and the staff was perfect. The pool is lovely and the front desk staff helpful and kind.
My complaint about the hotel was my room. I had rented a two bedroom suite with an indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi to share with my daughter and her boyfriend. It was the most expensive room in the hotel and more money than I usually spend on a hotel room. I was really looking forward to it.
Unfortunately, it was in the lowest level and was dark and cold and lacked adequate window light in two of the three rooms. In my mind, the most expensive room should be on the top level and not the lowest level, in a room that felt like a basement .
Unfortunately , when I politely expressed this to the manager upon leaving , instead of acknowledging my complaint and apologizing about my experience , he argued with me about calling the lower level a basement . On the positive side, that was the only bad customer service I had the whole time. Sadly, it was the last interaction of my trip.

Beautiful hotel with excellent pool and restaurant area. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were excellent and friendly in all areas. Beds super comfortable. Loved the location just a short walk to the centre and beach across the road was great. Fabulous breakfast with great variety of food on offer. Couldn’t fault it. Highly recommended.
No complaints.

We got a room with a plunge pool but it was really a hot tub. Too hot to swim in

The staff and the location
The pool area is very small and unfortunately shows the road with cars, which is not relaxing. This hotel is good if you want to be close to everything, but it’s not the most comfortable or agreeable place to stay in for relaxation.

It’s a high end hotel, with almost a White Lotus vibe. Breakfast really is amazing. The swimming pools are lovely, and the fact that they have an on site massage offering is very helpful.
Sometimes it felt the staff were constantly trying to upsell you on staff that you could have gotten cheaper elsewhere, e.g. car rentals.

Location, modern amenities and the wonderfully kind staff!
The light on the ac unit was very bright and bothersome to sleep as it was directly over head maybe a sticker to cover light or provide some eye masks in room. Also pillows could be better.

Hotel Senia was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The location could not be better — right in the heart of Naoussa, just a short stroll to downtown with all its shops, restaurants, and the charming harbor. The views from the hotel are breathtaking, especially at sunset.
Every morning, we were spoiled with their amazing breakfast buffet — fresh, delicious, and with so many choices that it became one of our favorite parts of the day.
What truly made our stay special, though, was the wonderful staff. Miltos, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and Panos, the hotel’s driver, was equally fantastic. They helped us arrange an unforgettable boat trip around Paros, taking us to the beautiful Blue Lagoon, hidden caves, and some of the island’s most stunning swimming spots.
We left feeling so well taken care of and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend Hotel Senia for anyone visiting Paros!

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel and paid around €500/night, which sets very high expectations. However, the room faced a busy road and the windows were not soundproofed: we could hear cars, motorbikes, quads, and even people talking on the street. Getting a good night’s sleep was impossible. For that price, the minimum you expect is a quiet room.
On top of that, the shower leaked and water spread across the bathroom floor. These are key details that should be flawless in a hotel of this category and price range.

Everything- location - right in front of Piperi Beach,Naoussa. The staff is AMAZING- attentive to our requests to plan our trip from afar. The design of the hotel - clean room with amenities you did not realize you may need. The breakfast staff is kind and creates a beautiful array of local foods. The barista made my mornings. The rooftop pool is clean and provides a reprieve from the hot day and during the evening, a beautiful sunset.

The staff, pool, spa, breakfast and location. The room and view was beautiful. The staff were always so welcoming and friendly and willing to do whatever to make stay enjoyable.

Location was good. Breakfast was plentiful.
Our $4000 for 3 nights room was Tiny. Ridiculous. And completely unpractical. Zero space for luggage, Zero bathroom counter space, much less for 2 (lean and fit) people to move throughout comfortably. The view was nice but not worth sacrificing comfort. The shower took up half the room and the front desk said the expense was for the “modernized” room.
The toilets near the pool were out of service yet since there was no signage we discovered this after using the facilities. No flush, no toilet paper.

We loved our stay at the hotel Sienna. The room was larger than we expected, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the view was beautiful. The hotel staff was excellent, very friendly and professional. This included the front desk team who helped arrange a rental car for us and took care of all of our luggage and planning needs. And the restaurant and pool serving team was extremely friendly and attentive.

The location with the sea view is very nice and the breakfast and staff were a very good. Our disappointment came from the size of the room. It was incredibly small with no room to even have our luggage. For the price we expected a bit more. As did others who we spoke to. We were glad we only booked one evening as we were fortunate enough to find a very large apartment for the same cost. Again, very clean, comfortable and helpful and kind staff but too small of a space for the price.

The staff were amazingly nice, the breakfast fantastic and great location by lovely beach
We probably had the cheaper bedroom which was quite dark as small window and yet too light at night as bathroom window had an electric light outside all night but bed was very comfy and facilities very good in bedroom.

Hotel Senia was in a perfect location in Naoossa. Walking distance to town in about 5 minutes. The staff were incredible. They helped with all of our needs, from
Transportation to boat tour references. Everyone was very kind. The breakfast was excellent overlooking the sea.
If I had one complaint , it would be to have a full body length mirror in room.

Nothing, just the location is good.
There was no hot water for the shower. We spent 2 days without water and every time we called they mentioned that they will fix in 5 minutes. It was disappointing. Not worth for money.
