I cannot recommend this property highly enough! The service was impeccable, the room was spacious and spotless, and the entire property is beautifully maintained. The location is perfect, just a short, easy walk into town. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for, as if we had known them for years. I haven’t experienced this level of service or hospitality in a very long time. A huge thank you to the entire team, especially Dimitri, Panos, Anna-Maria, and Konstantina. You made our stay unforgettable, and I absolutely cannot wait to return next year! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

This hotel is clean, tidy and centrally located but overpriced.

The hotel was at a great location. It was in easy walking distance to the centre. That was what we were after. It was extremely clean and well maintained. Nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room and the pool side were small compared to the photos. I would say the photos were misleading. I did not like staff serving my food at the breakfast buffet at all. For a shy person like myself it made impossible to go for a second helping or even to ask for more in the first round. As a result, I left the breakfast table not quite full every day. That might be my personality obviously but I would rather pick my own food. I would also suggest that the hotel make a deal with the bakery near to the hotel to have some fresh bakery goods rather than serving left over and stale cake.

It was a lovely stay and couldn’t fault the rooms / location, but hugely overpriced in general

The breakfast buffet wasn’t great. It was really frustrating having to point and ask for every spoonful and drink rather than do it yourself. Couldn’t even pour water yourself!! Also it being inside a basement wasn’t ideal Swimming pool was a couple of degrees too cold. Description of the property mentions a pool bar but it’s more of a decorative seating area. Not a bar. Transport was extortionate

Incredible hospitality

The hospitality at Quartano exceeds any hotel we've stayed at, including that of our honeymoon! The staff went above and beyond to be helpful & provided great recommendations. Our experience was that it felt more like a luxurious home stay than a hotel given how welcoming and helpful everyone was! We would like to give a special mention to Constantina, who is an exceptional front of house. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and was always spotless. The location is great with Naoussa centre within 10 minutes walk. The hotel itself was very peaceful. We were really impressed by the choice and quality of food at breakfast. Everything we ate was delicious and any requests always catered for. Finally, we really liked that the hotel has an electric car hire fleet which can be rented with free recharges. If you are looking for a beautiful, peaceful hotel within walking distance of Naoussa, then we would 100% recommend booking to stay at Quartano!

Luxurious and relaxing stay in Naoussa

We had an exceptional stay here, mostly thanks to the amazing staff at the hotel. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing time. This was really a 5-star experience, thank you! We also benefitted from the fact that it was still a calm season (May), but I’m sure they are as lovely and positive even during the busiest summer seasons. The location of the hotel is great, 10min walk from the port and old town, but very quiet since a little bit outside the main tourist area. Our room was clean, comfortable and very pretty. Good air-conditioning (can be important during the summer). The swimming pool and all common areas are so beautiful! Again, since it was still low season we had the swimming pool to ourselves almost the whole time. In the summer it can get crowded. Breakfast was good and you can have it at the restaurant or at the pool area, or served to your room.

Quartano has everything for a great restful holiday in Naoussa!

This is a very nice hotel close to Naoussa on Paros. Its location is perfect for being close to the harbor without being too close to all the noise. The staff are wonderful and care deeply for the guests. The pool is nice and the breakfast buffet is very abundant and satisfying. We look forward to returning again.

We would like the pool and bar to remain open later at night; but having peaceful quiet was also a treat.

Very strict rules in regards to pool. We got in trouble for jumping in, talking too loud and playing music. Very annoying that there are 2 pools and you are only allowed to use the one in your building even tho the other may be empty. Pool closes at 8:00 unfortunately. Would be nice to take a quick dip before dinner.

The staff were amazing, so friendly and could do not enough for us. They also organized an e-car for our entire stay which was very new and clean and fitted the 5 of us perfectly. Rooms were new and the entire property was very clean.

Brand new hotel in the heart of Naousa

The property is brand new and very close to Naousa City Centre. It’s quiet and ideal for a solo traveller or a couple. The staff are extremely nice and always willing to help. Water is provided free of charge.

Rooms are not too big and overall I found the place pricey. Breakfast can certainly be improved.
