Loved the location, beach access, on site restaurant, helpful staff, and clean rooms. Just what we needed!

Beautiful location and breckfast! Very quaint and full of character!
The mattress could use an update soon.

The location was fantastic and it had a really nice vibe to it.
Being able to lie out on the sun lounges and then go for a swim in the ocean and also have some lunch by the water was lovely. Naousa is a lovely village which was quiet as it was the end of season however it gave us lots of opportunitys to walk from the hotel into town and back.
My only real fault was the size of the bathroom, the shower was so small that you had to open the doors and step out if you dropped the soap and the toilet literally touched the shower. We had to go up 3 steps to the bathroom and they were very dangerous if you had wet feet or if you had mobility issues. I would love to go here again however I would choose a room with a bigger bathroom.

The staff and the hotel exceeded both our expectations. We were in Paros for my partners birthday, and ahead of our stay I communicated with the team letting them know this. During our stay they left balloons and a complimentary bottle of wine in our room and even made a huge cake and sung him a happy birthday! The room itself was perfect, with views over the sea, it was utterly dreamy. The location was very near to the main town but I would recommend hiring a car to visit the different beaches.

The location of Kalypso is great, within walking distance to town. Located on the beach so super easy for swimming and lazing around.
Rooms were old and needed a bit of a spruce up. Some staff were not that helpful - but they did seem super busy at the time.

The location was very convenient.

Thought the towel in room procedures only clean towels every 3days was excessive. Did not get clean towels when asked for them. No where to hang towels. Bathroom door squeaks and next to head of bed. Besides these things, loved it

The breakfast was lovely and the seafront view and facilities was the perfect distance away from the bustling naoussa centre but also easy to walk to, the location was the best bit. Overall great stay.
Room facilities were good but not great compared to other hotels, had to keep asking reception (which they were fabulous at catering to and it may be because of the room type we booked) but room was okay. The outside bit with the sun chairs was a plus.
4.0 / 10.0
That it was directly to the beach and in close to naousaa centre
The quality of the bed are very bad and the cleanliness is not good, also the reception closes so if you needed anything u have to wait until the next day

The staff was friendly, except for the mgr or owner, whose name is George very bitter and angry, and rude man! Who yells at you as if he wants to fight in front of everyone..
Not a Hotel – Unsafe and Unprofessional Experience
This place is more like a basic bed and breakfast, definitely not a proper hotel, and the customer service was terrible. We had no electricity or air conditioning the entire first night. There was no staff available between 11 PM and 8 AM, so we had no way to get help. It was extremely hot, and we had to sleep with all the windows open, only to wake up covered in mosquito bites.
When we spoke to the manager the next day, he refused to take any responsibility. He didn’t offer any compensation for the awful night and became angry and aggressive during the conversation. I felt unsafe and decided to pay at my own expense, just to get out of there safely. I had to check into the ER when I got back and found out I had been bitten by a venomous bee or spider and still trying to recover..
This place is nothing like what they advertise online. I strongly recommend staying away.

Loved everything about it , perfect location right on the beach . Staff were amazing and just a short walk into the town. Absolute perfection
Nothing we loved it
5.0 / 10.0
Location was perfect, beach was great except you have to pay 2 euro for a beach towel every day, breakfast was ok, could have been much better, I have been traveling to Greece for 25+ years and been to many places but this year the hotels breakfasts were disappointing compare to how it was before.
The first room I checked in was disappointing, I booked the best room they had, shower was bad, the water did not drain, my bathroom got infested with ants, they changed your towels every 3 days, towels are commodity lol, AC was not working properly, finally they changed my room, it was a bit better, and had to insist to have my one towel per person be changed everyday. The staff looked unhappy and annoyed of my expectations, breakfast was ok, not a big deal, same things every day, the location was good, 10-15 minutes walk to town. The restaurant food at sea side was ok, it can be better, but the staff at the beach were very nice. If they up their game, it has a potential to be a great hotel but it is an old property

Absolutely everything. Location is literary on the beach. Walking distance to little town and bunch of restaurants. Clear water. Hospitality.

Beautiful hotel with direct sea access, 10 mins walk into the village but far enough away from the hustle & bussle! A large party so we got to see a variety of rooms which are all varying sizes. All with balcony. Can be compact with 2 large suitcases. Beautiful courtyard and outdoor areas with sunloungers available free to use.
No pool but direct access with sandy beach at either end of front
Has a bit of a Mykonos feel & prices on Paros are starting to reflect this

The location on the beach, the courtyard and facilities and the cleanliness of the room.
The room was a little small for the price compared to other places we have stayed. Our 5 year old daughter was unwell so we were not up to eating at the restaurant. We bought some takeaway pizza from up the road and were told we could not eat it in the main courtyard which was disappointing considering we had 2 families paying to stay at the hotel for 4 nights. We sometimes felt like an imposition to the staff. Other than one waitress, they were not very welcoming. There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Staff were lovely. Concerned about whether they have a safe workplace given the aggressive behaviour of the owner.
Owner or manager has some anger management issues. I have never been abused by anyone in that manner so that was an experience to say the least. Perhaps he was off his meds at the time

Really impressed by everything. Location, (being right on the beach and 10 mins walk from town), Staff (who were really friendly and helpful), and the breakfasts (with plenty of choice)

It's right on the waterfront. The staff were amazing and our room was gorgeous with a fantastic view. The shower was brilliant.

Such a convenient place to stay, out of the hustle & bustle but still only a 13 minute walk! Early morning in the town was amazing, but the sunsets on the water at Kalypso were to die for! Moussaka was amazing as were the zucchini balls! The staff were attentive and the room was exceptional, very clean & comfortable. Loved it all!!
My husband cut his foot on some glass in the courtyard but neighbours helped out

From the moment we arrived, we had a lovely stay.
On the one hand, the hospitality was great. The staff welcomed us warmly, offered fantastic local recommendations, and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade with the most incredible view.
On the other hand, the hotel is also ideally situated right on the waterfront - which is gorgeous, we went swimming every day of our stay - and just a short walk into town. It was the perfect balance of peaceful seclusion and easy access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions.
It was perfect :)

Let me start by saying that on our arrival, we were told guests had extended, and that we would be put into a suite for no additional cost for the first night, and for a reasonable add-on for the second night. We did have to move into a standard room our last night. The suite was of course very spacious, with an amazing shower system and good-sized balcony. The standard room was comfortable but very cramped. The staff were very apologetic for the situation and bent over backward to accommodate us. The location was excellent and the breakfast buffet adequate. The beachfront area was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again, but just in the larger room.
Not having to move into a different room, But as noted above, the manager and staff did everything they could to accommodate us.

Great location, beachfront and 10 min walk to Naoussa town centre. Staff very friendly and helpful, including Stelios the shuttle driver. Great breakfast also with beautiful views.
Bathroom and shower quite dated and small.

The property was ok, the outside was great: However rooms were not what we paid go, or looked like anything we booked.
Beds small and hard, rooms small, not at all what we expected
I didn’t like the rooms, bed configuration was not what was advertised or booked, they added good to our room that wasn’t ours and we paid for it. No itemised receipt provided.
And encouraged to book directly in cash for a cheaper rate:
Claim to have miscommunicated the bookings but wasn’t helpful in fixing the issues and overcharged us on everything.

Excellent location to center of town (walkable), private beach, great breakfast spread. Staff is super friendly and reception is extremely nice and helpful.
No shower door which lead to bathroom soaked however they provided a shower curtain after the fact. Also they don't give fresh towels every day which is very disappointing. Should have fresh towels every day.

It felt that we were at the best place in Nausa by far! On the beach, nice breakfast, great kitchen, quick response to any request, team is very nice and the service is always with a smile! Will probably come back there again

Staff super friendly, and helpful. Short walk from the town so you it was still quiet and peaceful but not far from restaurants or bars. The hotel opens on the ocean, which was just perfect. Breakfast was also very good.
The bedroom could have been a little bigger. But we had a nice balcony and the hotel had lots of great outdoor space

Fantastic location on the beach
Room was on ground floor with little privacy. Also, it was the handicapped room.
7.0 / 10.0
Clean property, nice location on the beach
The bedding is just a sheet, no blankets. 1 pillow provided, for a hotel this isn’t good enough
10.0 / 10.0
The friendly staff, discreet clientele, sea view, and semi old school charm.
The room was small but well laid out. Lots of hangers in the closet.
I liked most things. There could be better toiletries, but otherwise all was good.
