Friendly staff, very clean, beautiful view

Outdoor spaces lacked character

Private balconies, clean and well designed and appointed rooms. Very efficient service.

Breakfast needs an extra touch.

Beautiful resort, great room, 10 minute walk to town but far enough to be peaceful. The staff were amazing, very helpful and accomodating. Breakfast was great with variety and daily menu changes.

Nothing that I didn’t like.

Location was nice, a bit out of the hustle and bustle of the center. It is an uphill walk, and no sidewalk, but we didn’t find it intimidating at all, although a bit tiring. Lots of people walking about. Ambiance is very nice. There are two gorgeous pools, one pool bar and great breakfast! Staff is friendly. Balcony hot tub that faces the ocean made our room that much better. We enjoyed the quietness of the hotel and our room. Free parking for your atv or car.

I really disliked the shower set up. It is too small to have a giant rain shower and no shower door. Water was constantly everywhere in the bathroom. There’s just no way to keep the water in the shower itself. We had to use all but one or two of the towels to cover the bathroom floor. The walk up the hill was a bit inconvenient when you go back and forth more than once a day. We enjoyed renting an ATV for the island and also made this trek more convenient. You only get one bottle of drinking water per stay unless you want to pay more (or so we were told). A lovely breakfast staff member let us take a bottle after breakfast. I think the hotel should provide transport options from the ferry or bus stop. It would’ve cost us $50 for a taxi from the bus stop to the hotel which was only about 0.9 miles away, so we walked.

I loved the location, the spaciousness in our suite and our private pool was a dream. The staff were very attentive always asking if we needed anything and also came into my room with a cake from them and sang happy birthday to me so that was really special! Great location short walk into the town!

One of the pool areas could use some attention, looks rather tired and the steps sound like they are going to come off when you use them to get into the pool, lucky for us we had our private one and there is another beautiful pool area but thought I would mention.

Personally, we prefered the room with jetted tub than the room with private pool because of the view and it also has more privacy. The well-maintained gardens and inviting common areas create a serene ambiance. They staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making every guest feel welcome and valued. We could leave our bags with them after checkout while we enjoyed a sailing tour. For breakfast, guests can enjoy a delicious buffet or American breakfast with a variety of fresh options, ensuring a great start to your day in a lovely setting. It is not so close from the center of Naousa, so a walk can be a bit tiring as it lasts about 12 minutes. But we had a car and it was a 1 minute drive!

Beautiful staff. Always willing to help. Cute rooms. And very well maintained and clean. So so close to the town. 5mins drive. They have parking so its so convenient too.

Rooms can be a bit bigger and breakfast can be better because i find them mostly too oily.

It was in the perfect location. Not right in town but easy to walk to town. Staff was amazing from checking in, pool bar to house cleaning. Everyone was so friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Fantastic room (double with sea view and jet tub). Super clean with great daily service was a nice touch. Staff are very friendly, pool areas are great and the breakfast buffet was very high quality. We would happily stay again.

Le personnel est très accueillant, aidant et agréable. On nous a même offert une bouteille de vin blanc Greek plutôt bon pour notre honey moon. La chambre est charmante et conforme aux photos. La literie est hyper confortable ! Contrairement aux autres commentaires on a trouvé que c’était très agréable d’être un peu à l’extérieur du centre de Naoussa pour être au calme. L’hôtel est à 15 minutes à pieds du centre et ca se fait très bien

Les parties communes pourraient être remise au goût du jour avec une petite touche de deco (mais restent propres et en bon état). La chambre où on dormait, était peu abritée et on voyait toutes les personnes passés devant notre piscine privée (on s’est rendu compte que c’était d’ailleurs très souvent le cas en Grèce) !

El personal es maravilloso, tanto los dueños como los del resto del staff. La zona del bar y la piscina es muy agradable. La habitación tiene de todo.

El baño era algo incómodo, tanto la ducha que no sale caliente del todo como el lavabo que no iba muy bien.

El hotel es muy bonito y cómodo, el personal muy amable y la habitación suite con jacuzzi magnifica y con vistas al atardecer maravillosas. Me volvería a alojar en este hotel sin dudarlo.

El desayuno un poco pobre, pero con bastante variedad.

Todo; escogimos la habitación con piscina privada, una auténtica maravilla, equipada con todo lo necesario para hacer la estancia inolvidable El personal, cercanos y amables El desayuno, de calidad y variedad excelente Nos reponían agua y cápsulas de café todos los días

Chambre, piscines (2 !), jacuzzi, disponibilité et amabilité du personnel - l'un d'entre eux nous a même reconnus et salués lorsque nous étions en balade ! -, petit déjeuner, cocktails au bord de la piscine, facilité des services (taxi, location de quad...)... Nous avons passés un séjour mémorable et y retournerons. :)

Manque de patères dans la salle de bain si l'on doit trouver un point à améliorer ! (Et peut-être aussi un peu trop de lumière au petit matin dans la chambre si l'on doit être tatillons !)

Un accueil 5 étoiles par les 2 femmes de l'accueil . Vraiment remarquable . Chambre très confortable , piscines très agréables , bon petit déjeuner . Je n'ai pas mis 10 à cause du jacuzzi qui n'a été nettoyé que le jour de mon départ , sinon propreté irréprochable , nous reviendrons et recommandons !
