Pool area is amazing!

We loved this hotel in Naousa! The pool area with the beautiful trees was so nice to return to after exploring Paros during the day. We could park our rental car there and easily walk down to the beautiful port and old town of Naousa. Our room was clean and comfy and had a great little balcony. The only negative was that the shower was small in our room and you had to hold up the hand shower because there was only a waist level wall attachment. We would still choose Sunset Paros if we were returning to Paros in the future! Thanks to Mattias for all the suggestions about beaches and restaurants to visit!

Excellent

The accommodation was great, lots of outdoor area to sit, the pool is nice and big, there were lots of sunchairs to lay on, the space is so beautiful and clean. The beds were super comfy! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, we really enjoyed our stay. The location was also really good, right around the corner from a gym and the best bakery(you need to buy their sweets!) walking past every morning and smelling the freshly baked bread was great, and it was within walking distance to the township, Also a ATV/Car rental store is close by, I would recommend.

Not really an issue, but the rooms are quite small if you're sharing, but if you're in Paros I hope you wouldn't be spending too much time there. Shower is also interesting.

An Oasis close to the town

Beautiful grounds with great location. Our host was responsive to all our requests and very helpful with advice on restaurants and things to see. Our room was a little dated but had everything you needed. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Perfect stay on perfect Paros

The grounds of the property are spotless. The pool area is idyllic. Easy walk to the harbour or the beach. Food and coffee nearby. Hosts were helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Perfect

Sara and Matias were very helpful, friendly and wonderfullly gracious hosts. Sara answers texts immediately and is knowledgeable about the island. The pool area was very relaxing and pretty! Beds were comfy and this property is conveniently located to restaurants and shops.

A memorable experience and comfortable stay thanks to dear Sara & Matias

We stayed 5 nights. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient. It is a 5 min walk to bus stop and 10 min ealk to the city center of Noussa. There are cafes and pastries and markets nearby. The landlords Sara&Matias were a nice couple. They were super freindly and kind and helped us reserve good beaches and restaurants.

There is need to update the bathrooms.

Amazing stay with amazing hospitality

The staff and hospitality was amazing. Matias, Sara and their family are great assistance and always available for great conversation and recommendations. Great location very close to Batista's bakery and a short walk to the centre of town but very quiet at night with no noise to get good sleep. Pool facility and outdoor area was great. Bed was extremely comfy.

The location was perfect, everything about the villa was great including the hosts. Naoussa’s town center was a short walk and cafes were super close by for morning coffee. The room was cleaned everyday and all the amenities mentioned were included, this was the most comfortable and enjoyable spot I’ve ever stayed in. The hosts were also AMAZING and the nicest people we’ve met they made our stay in houses really enjoyable. I would definitely recommend!!!!!

A peaceful escape

The perfect place to stay in Naousa! Just a short way away from the busy harbour but it was quiet and peaceful - not noisy at all! The rooms were a good size and very clean, with a little kitchenette. Sara & Matias were great hosts, friendly, welcoming and provided useful information. The outdoor area is stunning and very well kept by the hosts! If we ever return to Paros, we’ll be sure to stay here again :)

Sunset Naoussa is a family-owned hotel, perfectly located just a 5-minute walk from all the great restaurants in Naoussa. The apartment was spacious and clean, just like in the pictures. The owners, Sarah and Matías, are wonderful people—truly dedicated to their guests' comfort—and they make you feel at home. The pool and the surrounding olive trees create a peaceful place to relax and enjoy. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Memorable

We came to Sunset Paros as guests and left feeling like part of the family. Our daughter quickly became friends with the hosts’ children, which made our stay even more special. The entire family was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind, creating an atmosphere that was both convivial and generous. We sincerely thank Sara and Matias for their warm hospitality and the many thoughtful touches and conversations that made us feel so at home. A truly lovely family and a place we will treasure in our memories.

Location was peaceful, beautiful surrounds, always clean and tidy, nice to dip in the pool? Gorgeous outlook, bakery, cafe, restaurant and supermarket within 5 minutes walk, short walk under 10 minutes to hear of Naousa and gorgeous beach to swim and beside have something to eat and drink

Amazing place to stay in Paros!

Such a charming hotel run by a charming family. The location is perfect. Super close to the key area of town with a 5 min walk, but very quiet. The rooms were very comfortable with excellent blackout shutters. The olive trees around the pool feel like an oasis.

Highly recommended great pool for afternoon swims

A short stroll to shops, restaurants and beach. Accommodation was family orientated with two beautiful hosts Sara and Matias, nothing was a problem, very accommodating with two lovely kids and a cute puppy, highly recommended, we will be back.

Shower head was waist height, lost hot water late 1 night due to overuse of other guests, all other nights was nice and hot 🔥

The location of Sunset Paros is just perfect, 10 min walk to the centre of Naoussa, 10 min walk to the beach. Apartments are owned & run by a lovely family, Matias & Sara, they were so welcoming & friendly to us throughout our 6 day stay with them. There is a gorgeous pool area to chill out & enjoy the glorious Paros sunshine. Would highly recommend staying here, it is just beautiful.

wonderful location, hotel and hosts

What can we say..the location is wonderful, a short stroll and you are in the heart of Nauosa and if you have a car or scooter you can get anywhere on the island easily. There is free on-site parking which was a huge bonus. The accomodation is very clean and fresh and the pool wonderful, but the best thing is Matias. He goes out of his way to be so welcoming and ensure you are having a wonderful time. He and Sara happily gave us local suggestions.(Sara was not there, hence the reason I am commenting about Matias. I had an accident that required urgent medical attention. I messages Matias and he called immediately telling me to go straight to the hospital and them pin dropped me the location. He checked in to make sure that we were okay and didn't need anything. We can not recommend this accomdation highly enough. Thankyou Matias and Sara. We will be back one day

Amazing property and even greater hosts!

My cousin and I absolutely loved this place! It has such a beautiful outside area to hang out in and the hosts are amazing!! We felt very wecomed and were given a lot of great reccomendations from the hosts. The room was great and had everything we needed, along with a cute little balcony. I would definintely recommend this place to anyone considering visiting Naousa!

Super verblijf met prachtige mensen als eigenaren!

De locatie was top, het gemak en service van de eigenaren is super! Ze zijn duidelijk in wat ze willen, hoe ze het willen en ze zijn super vriendelijk! Spreken vloeiend Grieks, Engels, Spaans dus voel je vrij om hier langs te komen!!! Mooie locatie, heel nabij gelegen Naousa, mooie zwembad die elke dag verschoond wordt!

Heerlijk verblijf in Naoussa

Heerlijk hotel op loopafstand van het centrum van Naoussa. De kamer en badkamer is niet groot maar heeft wel een heerlijk balkon en verder alles wat je nodig hebt. Inclusief klein keukenblokje. De tuin met zwembad is een dikke plus. Heerlijke ligbedden en zitzakken te midden van olijf en citroenbomen. Sara en Matías zijn supervriendelijk en doen er alles aan om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Ze gaan in de nabije toekomst de kamers renoveren en we hebben de mooie plannen mogen zien. Dan wordt het allemaal nog mooier! Vlakbij het hotel zit een bakkertje en ook een leuk koffietentje Afrōs.

De badkamer is wat aan de kleine kant en heeft een handdouche maar wetende dat dit in de toekomst gaat veranderen minder belangrijk.

Extérieure classe et agréable

Les extérieures sont très très beaux bien entretenues avec la piscine ( attention elle n’était pas chauffé ) nous en mois d’avril elle était fraîche mais ça fait du bien quand même ! Avec serviette de piscine à disposition ! Petite terrasse dans le logement face a la mer !!

Manque d’accessoires pour la cuisine comme torchon liquide vaisselle égouttoir pour la vaisselle et j’en passe … la terrasse n’est pas à l’abri du coup si il pleut on ne peut pas à profiter malgré qu’il fasse chaud. Et aucune table dans la chambre. Douche très très petite avec rideau pas pratique. Pas d’eau chaude le matin donc se laver plutôt le soir.
