Wish we stayed longer!

Fantastic location: a few minutes walk to a lovely sandy beach and to the fishing village with its cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. Great communication from the hosts: friendly, informative and helpful. Especially appreciated the offer to organise a taxi to bring us from the port to the hotel - very thoughtful. Fantastic room: gorgeous view of the beach from the balcony. Modern, comfortable and stylish.

Prefect place to stay when staying in Naoussa, Paros.

Wonderful property overlooking the beach in Naoussa. Sitting on the balcony each morning and afternoon was a very special treat. Rooms are very clean and well taken care of. Location is excellent with only a short walk into Naoussa town and all the wonderful small lanes and restaurants. The staff are warm and friendly making this the perfect place to enjoy your time in Paros. We will be back.

Perfect location, hospitality, and would stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay, the location was PERFECT, a quick 5 minute walk to town. Our hotel room overlooked the ocean and we had the most amazing view of the sunset!! We had a little deck area and loved having our welcome glass of wine and beer there.

Outstanding place and service

Definitely a place we’d recommend and come back: beautiful view, great terrace, modern and spotlessly clean, super comfortable bed, quiet location (and night) yet barely a 3-4 minute walk to the elegant old city centre of Naoussa. And Dimitra and Yannis are amazing hosts, giving great suggestions on places to visit, restaurants and bookings. Paros itself is a memorable island.

The view from the balcony is absolutely sensational, offering a perfect vantage point to watch the gorgeous sunset. The location is ideal just a five-minute walk into town and if you’re hiring a car, there’s ample street parking available. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

It was Hotel like but an Appartment. Location was sensational with only a short walk to the night life and boats, and the help by the staff was just 1st Class. Highly recommended

Best stay in Paros

We had an amazing stay at Katerina Mare. The staff are so wonderful even booking my husband and I our hair appointments with a local salon. They are always friendly and welcoming with a big smile . The rooms are immaculately clean and well designed it has everything you need for a perfect stay. I would absolutely stay again and the view is amazing.

So much we enjoyed doing on Paros and Katerina Mare was the perfect jumping-off spot. Very clean hotel in the heart of Nassaou with stunning views.

This hotel was awesome! The views were stunning, location was prime, and it was very clean. Linens smelled great and they cleaned the room daily. The hosts are very friendly and provide great local recommendations. It's very walkable - we walked to restaurants in town multiple times per day. We also walked to the bus stop and used the bus to get around during our stay - much more affordable than taxis or arranged rides through the hotel. We also got a bottle of wine from the local market. The hotel provides wine glasses and a wine opener - highly recommend taking advantage of the patio, tables and sunset views every night! I would stay here again and recommend this place to anyone who wants luxury on a budget. We stayed in the economy room - it was quite small but very clean and incredible location.

My only feedback is the small window in our room would not fully shut. On a windy day you can hear noises and the light shines through in the morning.

The property is fantastic, high quality well maintained, spotless. The owner takes care and has pride in the property and is concerned that everything is in top condition and you are satisfied. A great place to stay in Naoussa with great rooms and the perfect terrace to sit and relax and take in the views.

The property was very well fitted out and the rooms were very comfortable. A kitchenette was very useful to make coffee and small eats in the room. We loved sitting out on the beautiful terrace with expansive views over the Naoussa shore front. Dimitra and Yannis were perfect hosts ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We loved our time at Katerina Mare and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

Fantastic find with stunning views

Immaculately clean, lovely warm welcome (with a cheeky drink!) Yanis has refurbished the property impeccably well. It’s walking distance from the beautiful harbour area and to the beach. The bus stop to and from the port/airport is only an 8 minute walk!
