The all-inclusive buffets were very good, varied and well organized, so there wasn't much queuing even at peak times, and the stations were always stocked. The pool was great, clean and well kept. I really liked the bands that played in the bar in the evenings too. And finally having the option to hire (cheaply) sunbeds by the sea, away from the crowds by the pool, was a nice touch. The parking garage was large, covered and safe.

The quality of the food on the buffet OK but could have been better. For example the coffee was bad (those coffee stations with instant coffee), and some of the cold cuts and bacon were clearly of the cheap variety. I wish there was a quieter corner like a library of a games room to sit down and read or play card games with the kids. The garage s a few blocks away, which is not very convenient.

Overall, we really enjoyed the hotel, its atmosphere, and the beautiful surroundings. The hotel is located in a wonderful area, and the location was perfect for us since we were looking for a quieter place to relax. The cocktails were excellent, the entertainment team did a great job, and we especially liked the location of our room and the fact that it was cleaned every day. The beds and pillows were also very comfortable. The token system may seem a bit annoying at first, but in reality it is a responsible approach, both for the environment and for making things easier for the staff.

As for the negatives, there was nothing major. However, the food could have been a bit more varied and tastier, and we would have appreciated a wider selection of fresh fruit. Also, some of the dishes, especially the glasses and coffee cups, were not always clean. The evening shows and live music were enjoyable, but we would have liked them to last a little longer.

Breakfast was good and included in the non all inclusive! Gym / pool / adults only bar were all good!

Noisy - can hear the neighbour balconies very loudly, and the beds were uncomfortable. Room had a lot of ants in on level 3.
