Alua Gran Camp de Mar - Hyatt Inclusive Collection

Staff very good and friendly. Everything was very clean.

Food quality at breakfast was poor. Facilities lacked capacity to handle number of guests. Dining room and swimming pool area were very crowded. Approach to entrance was only on foot, so luggage had to be carried a few hundred metres, with no rain cover

The hotel is in an excellent location. You can swim in the open sea and enjoy watching the colorful fish. All the staff are exceptionally kind and welcoming. The breakfast and dinner were good, although not outstanding.

The hotel is generally quite busy, so if you are looking for a quieter and more relaxing atmosphere, this may not be the best choice. I used the hotel's paid parking facility, which is located a short distance from the hotel. Unfortunately, my parking card repeatedly stopped working and had to be reprogrammed several times, which was quite frustrating. There also seemed to be a shortage of staff, especially around the pool area. As a result, service could be slow, and it was not uncommon to wait a considerable time for a drink.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. It was super clean and had the most amazing views. Listening to the waves at night and watching out over our balcony was amazing. You'd always find something to eat at the buffet. A big choice. The usual all inclusive food. Something for everyone. Fresh salads and hot food. Plenty of drinks too 😁

The music playing around the pool wasn't so great and sometimes a bit loud. They seemed to play the same sets of songs over and over but we just moved to a quieter location.

Breakfast was good and included in the non all inclusive! Gym / pool / adults only bar were all good!

Noisy - can hear the neighbour balconies very loudly, and the beds were uncomfortable. Room had a lot of ants in on level 3.
