The shower mixer was not working, it was either hot or cold water

The hotel was really nice, recently refurbished amd looked lovely. The rooms were modern and beds comfortable. The breakfast was good with a good selection of food available.

The hotel had 2 pools one was newer than the other. The deeper pool was ok, but didnt look as good as the rest of the hotel. One day it lost a lot of water and had to be closed to be fixed. Contractors were trying to fix it straight away though.

The location was fine, and the service was perfect! The breakfast was very nice and full of options. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a great vacation in Mallorca!

- poor buffet with low quality ingredients. Despite booking half board we did not eat dinner there again - ⁠⁠dinner buffet 6-9.30pm, which is very early for Spain. The staff start cleaning up breakfast and dinner on the dot when it ends so expect plates and cutlery clattering and hoovering - not relaxing nor welcoming - ⁠no free water at breakfast or dinner. The water costs an extra €3 for a small bottle despite booking the “half board”. Surely at least water should be included? It’s more expensive than in a nice restaurant in Palma - ⁠do not touch the juice at breakfast. Extremely sweet and sickly - tastes toxic - ⁠€10 cash only deposit to borrow a towel for the swimming pool - ⁠Aircon is basically non existent, more like an air vent. Barely cooler than outside. After complaining the maintenance guy came but it did not improve. It’s not real air con. Even the common areas are very warm - ⁠4 stars but the staff act like it’s a 3 star chain hotel - ⁠pool only open 10-6pm - ⁠Staff claim that the luggage area is supervised, this is a lie. Anyone can go in and out and luggage isn’t labelled to make sure someone doesn’t take the wrong bags - the bed was hard and only one thin pillow for each person provided. We also found a hair on the duvet - no conditioner provided and shower gel and shampoo were both the same
