A newly renovated hotel by Hyatt with very clean, cozy rooms. We had a lovely pool view, the pool area was very nice, breakfast was good, and the spacious shower was a plus. A few details regarding the in-room amenities were quite surprising for a 4-star Hyatt-affiliated hotel: There is no coffee or coffee machine in the room, and even tea bags are only available upon request. Coffee has to be purchased separately from the bar. Bottled water is provided only on the day of arrival and is not replenished, and there is no iron in the room—you need to request one at reception and leave a €20 deposit. Parking is also available on request for €10 per day. Overall, a very clean and comfortable hotel with a pleasant atmosphere, although a few more thoughtful in\-room amenities would better match the Hyatt experience\.

The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was very good. The air conditioning took a long time to cool the room and was not very effective in the heat of palma summer

The hotel was lovely and clean. Rooms nicely furnished and cleaned daily. Large selection of food at breakfast. Would stay again.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. The hygiene in the bathroom was horrible—the toilet had a strong smell of urine, which was very unpleasant. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable and not soft at all. There was very little hospitality or service. No one offered to assist with our luggage, and the staff were okay—not rude, but definitely not friendly or welcoming. The breakfast was also very disappointing, especially for Muslim guests. Most of the options contained pork, with no proper chicken or beef alternatives. The only suitable option was eggs, but they were served cold and had to be heated in the microwave. Considering the high price, I expected much better cleanliness, comfort, hospitality, and service. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel.
