Hotel is located near the beach and on a busy road with bars.
Quite a few things didn't work. TV remote was missing and only had 1 remote for 2 AC units. Cleanliness was very average, I had to re-do everything myself on arrival.

Got a free transfer from booking.com telling us our flight was been tracked ..landed at 21.00 to no taxi …finally got free taxi at 22.35pm…not a bit impressed with their service…no fault to the driver who only got a call at 22.30 to pick us up…

Location good staff on reception yusef especially and also Gabriel.. large good pool space
1 lift constantly used by the cleaning staff.. Air con didnt work. No shower stuff..TV didnt work..difcuclt to get to room with weird layout. No water or any refillable stuff in room no cleaning products etc.. charge u deposit to check in but rooms are so bare not sure why. Absolutely filled with teenagers like an 18 - 30 holiday..
