The staff was really kind and always available! The hotel is perfectly located, with the bus stop, down the hotel. It's only around 15-20mn bus to the center of Palma, with a direct line to the old town with the Cathedral. This is great as it permits to enjoy the calm without being too far from the center, and it also pretty close to Cala Illetes, which is beautiful. The view is incredible, we got nicely upgraded to the sea view for our bedroom, which was also great! The food is really good! We tasted the restaurant, which have lots of options! The breakfast is also amazing! It's a buffet and you can eat as much as you want, and the products are incredible! You can register to their "club", and it got us 10% on the breakfast etc. Really good quality for an accessible price overall! We loved our stay! ☺️

Lovely aesthetic in the hotel. Great lounge and terrace area. Rooms were nice and toiletries in bathroom were nice. Pool area lovely and big comfy sunbeds. The attendant at poolside was very helpful and friendly.

The beds were very firm, the aircon seemed to always be VERY cold even when changing it, and in my room, I could hear water gushing when rooms around me used the shower/toilet - to the point it would wake me up in the night, sounding like it was actually inside my room. Myself and my friend had an issue with food allergies and although the lady on reception seemed very apologetic, nobody seemed to get the severity of what could have happened if our allergies had been more severe. No refund for our meal was offered, just a ‘sorry’. In particular, it was worrying that the waiting staff didn’t understand that if something is marked vegan and then contains milk and eggs, this can be fatal. Staff in the food industry should be more trained up on allergies and menu marking.

The hotel was overall very good, the room was of good size and clean. It is not the newest hotel but it is also not outdated. We enjoyed the pool quite a bit and there were enough loungers at all times. The staff at the reception was very helpful and nice. The hotel has a very cool funicular that takes you to/from the street level.

The location is a bit far from the centre so you need to take a bus or an uber. We would also appreciate if there was a bar by the pool. It seems like a missed opportunity to not have one :)

Staff were in inconsistent with requests. Saying we could check out late but then phoning to ask us to leave hotel room.
