Belle Zurbarán Palma Hotel

Very friendly staff. Very comfortable beds. Relaxed atmosphere. Good location. We especially liked being able to use the facilities of their "sister" hotel in Cala Major (the Juan Miroʻ), which had a lovely pool and excellent service and food.

Nothing

Room size was great and AC was amazing. Very easy to get to from palma with regular buses so worked well with our itinerary.

the door lock on the room we were given was broken but the reception were great in giving us a new room which was more spacious too. the bathroom was a little cramped and one of our towels on the first day seemed discoloured so that was slightly off putting but these were changed the next day.

Everything was really good.

Everything was great.

location was nice, not too far from the city. the hotel itself looks nice and the satff is kind (loud but kind: please don’t shout out the room numbers loudly in the lobby, it is a safety issue)

you can hear literally everything from your neighbors (not only the room next to you), every single word. unfortunately we had a party group in the hotel, so sleeping wasn’t easy. nevertheless the cleaning ladies start super early too and as you can hear every chair moving (feels like the walls are made of paper), we had quite a lack of sleep after our stay. the breakfast was unfortunately not good at all (very small, not much left and we got there at 8am, coffee and juices weren’t drinkable).
