Very reasonable priced, clean and comfortable.
It was warm and comfortable and the staff were very helpful and lovely. Free coffee, tea and biscuits all day were a bonus too! Location was greta for us as close to family but a little out the city centre so be aware its about 15/20 min walk. in. Location is quiet though, we were on the ground flor and traffic noise didn't affect us at all.
Room was small and the bathroom door didn't close properly (not by fault but by design). It had 2 shutters for doors. A bit close for comfort so a proper closing door to the bathroom would have been better

nice atmosphere and cozy breakfast and sitting space. very good breakfast. Oliver was very kind re my special dietary health limitations and made exceptions.
room B2 had an unregularly very very narrow shower. luckily, i am very thin... the hotel messed up my reservations. even at check-out they didn't combine my two reservations and initially didn't give me a receipt for one night. Also, my prior request to merge the two reservations WAS acknowledge by email response, but they still asked to move me after the first night. None of the reception personnel knew how to find their email commitment etc. also, the first hotel i encountered where they do not issue a replacement electronic door key if the first is lost... they then have a PHYSICAL key, but only one!

Great stay
Very welcoming staff and very clean room ... breakfast also very good and you could also have free coffee /tea at the nice seating / relaxing area. 10 minutes walk from train station to hotel and 15 minutes walk from hotel to centre.
I would suggest there are some added hooks to hang clothes in the room.

Almost Perfect Except for the Noise
Comfort, location (10 min walk to town center) - a convenient but very quiet neighborhood. Very friendly staff.
Room noise, depending on your neighbors. First night, I could clearly hear my neighbors from both sides and whoever was walking upstairs far into the night. Quite unpleasant. And yet, the second night when the hotel was completely full, I hardly heard anything at all! Slept like a babe.
