The apartment had two large rooms, a small kitchenette, a decent size bathroom and a small corridor linking the bedroom, the livingroom and the bathroom. It was very comfortable and big enough for a family of two adults and two teenagers. There was also an extra bed in the bedroon, but we didn’t use (our teens slept in the sofa bed in the livingroom). The location is good, if not excellent. The street is very quiet indeed (no noise whatsoever at night) and it’s quite near the Colosseum). There are no services next door though. Nearest grocery store is about 5 mins on foot, there are no restaurants nearby and the nearest metro station about 10 mins away. Check-in was very easy indeed: there are code locks for every door. This is very convenient, if you have a late check-in or you don’t always move as a single group. The beds were comfortable with good pillows as well. There are two new ac units and they both had enough power to keep the apartment cool and also a sleep mode so that it didn’t get too cold during the night.

The washing machine didn’t work. It started the cycle but always stopped after couple of minutes. After we informed the company about it, they sent a guy over, but he couldn’t fix it. He promised that it would be fixed the following day, but that never happened and they didn’t contact us again on the matter.

La ubicación es lo mejor. El departamento es espacioso y cómodo. Estaba muy limpio. Y buena la canasta de snacks para recibirnos.

La cama del living que es un sillón cama tiene un colchón muy finito. También nos pareció que faltaban elementos en la cocina: Repasador para secarse las mano, tostadora, los cuchillos tenían poco filo, bowls...

The apt itself was clean and nice.

The property managers were very rude and unprofessional. The apt was not ready until after 5:30 pm and we Waited outside for hours on status regarding when the apt would be ready as it wasn’t clean. The manager would not respond to our messages and finally sent someone at 5 pm, 2 hours after the check in time, to let us in to leave our bags while the apt was still being cleaned. They offered us no apologies and when we asked for an extra hour to check out the day we left they said no.
