Tolli Colosseo Apartment

Increíble el lugar, el espacio perfecto. La ubicación perfecta también, muy agradecidos de todos los detalles de Giulio que hacen una gran diferencia !

Era algo oscuro por lo que si no se mantenían abiertas las ventanas, se sentía húmedo. Pero en general bien.

Lokalita ubytovania je skvelá, pár minút od Collosea, cca 15 min chôdze od staince Terminy. Pokyny na prevzatie kľúčov boli zrozumiteľné, apratmán bol čistý a dostatočne vybavený na pobyt. Maličká chladnička potešila na uchovanie potravín na raňajky. Víno a pochutiny na uvítanie boli milým prekvapením.

Apartmán bol menší ako vyzeral na fotkách, v popise nie je uvedená rozloha, chýbala klimatizácia a jediné okno bolo do dvora, čo v našom prípade znamenalo, že sme mali cez deň zavreté okenice, aby sme mali súkromie. V kúpelni chýbali jednoduché držiaky na mydlo a hygienické potreby v kúpeľni. Nebolo by to na prekážkou, keby bola nižšia cena.

Muy céntrico, limpio, confortable, perfecto con algún utensilios de cocina más.

- Localization is for sure a great asset of this place, you can reach Colosseum in about 5 minutes. - There is a basic kitchen equipment and some basic staff like olive oil, small nutella packages etc. but also basic cosmetics in the bathroom. Refrigerator was quite small though. - There is not much space, especially on the ground level, but it was acceptable for us. - Owner was super nice and helpful, also provided some welcome items like fruits. - Finding keys was easy and well described. Finally - you also have to take into account that apartment is on the ground floor, but from the patio side. This could be considered as a con or pro, but it was ok for us. This means no view and we kept window/shutters closed for most of the time but we felt private.

- Unfortuantely apartment is poorly ventilated, which was especially problematic when using bathroom. This leads to some mold spots there. There is a window, but it was hard to air the room, because there was no air flow. There is a fan in the bathroom, but it is quite limited. However there was a small heater, so we tried to take advantge of it. - We missed hooks for hanging towels and some shelf for keeping cosmetics in the shower. - Entrance doors are not well soundproofed, so we heard people during the night.
