Property is central to facilities and shops
It is impossible to find someone to let you into the villa if arriving after 6. The villa is in desperate need of an update. All beds are stained, furniture broken in all rooms, mirror falling off bathroom wall, sofas stained and ripped and little evidence of it being cleaned before our arrival. There is inadequate bedding in all rooms. The jacuzzi is not even warm. A sham for the price you pay. Issues with electric and WiFi outages with no one to help in these situations. Still awaiting for booking.com to assist with a full complaints process as the compensation offered is in adequate.
