The location, the area, the quietness,
We were shown to a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom bungalow when I had paid extra for 2 bathrooms. This was rectified quickly but the better apartment had obviously been occupied as pots in sink and case left in a spare bedroom. This didn't affect our stay but it was unprofessional really. There were no instructions as to where to put our rubbish etc. The maid "forgot" to leave us clean towels and the host apologised for this. At 10 pm at night when we arrived it would have been nice to have been shown to what we paid extra for. However it was a lovely apartment and we did enjoy very much our stay there.

"The bungalow we stayed in was recently refurbished to a really high quality. Everything was new and you could smell how fresh everything was. The pictures aren't on booking for the bungalow we stayed ..."
