La casa è molto bella e spaziosa con arredamento moderno e con piscina e un spazio all'aperto molto bello, belle camere ampie e letti comodi, direi di lusso.
Purtroppo l'area all'aperto e la piscina sono inutilizzabili in quanto, almeno nel mese di dicembre, la casa è sempre all'ombra. Manca un po' di manutenzione, alcune finestre non si chiudono e nella porta di uno dei due bagni al primo piano manca la maniglia, altro nota negativa è che i bagni sono totalmente assenti di sostegni per la biancheria, inoltre l'acqua calda è fruibile solo in una delle due docce. Ps: come accessori è indicata un'asciugatrice ma in realtà non c'è.
