Billy's Puerto de Mogán Apartments by LIVVO

It was our first time coming to Gran Canaria and Puerto Mogan was a great area! We had everything we needed close to the property. We were a little disappointed with the apartment at first, but we went to the reception and Gwen really helped us a lot and found us a much better place. So I really want to say a big thank you to Gwen! She is professional and very helpful. We’re so happy with the new place and it really made our holiday worth every penny!

The location couldn’t have been better, everything was walkable and room was so close to the beach. Very beautiful place, kept very nicely.

The staff were all very good and friendly including the cleaners. The lay out of the holiday village was very cosy, everything within easy reach.

One reason we came was because my husband is recovering from cancer and we especially wanted a terrace with sun bed to sit in the sun when he was tired. But...we got a fully shaded space with just table and chairs. This was a big disappointment to us as on the booking.com site, a terrace with sun beds and in the sun was shown so i assumed we would get the same. The terrace was cold so we were able to use it. Our clothes after washing, didnt even dry outside so each time we needed to bring the drying rack inside. The bathroom always smelt damp, the shower cubicle was very dark and water was leaking onto the floor from one wall. We wanted to return each year but we were disappointed with this time.
