Wow! Our stay on the Yate Rock & Roll was a positively unique experience. Our accommodation unexpectedly became a centre piece of our holiday rather than just a functional hotel room.
It was the first time we found ourselves fully relaxing in our own place looking at the sunset, watching the evening footfall pass by on the pier. Normally we would in the middle of the people walking past us; now, instead, we could enjoy the atmosphere and absorb it all. Our friends, who were staying nearby, all called to the boat to meet up. We could all sit out and chat, watching the world go by, before going to the many many many delicious restaurants along and near the port.
Host and check-in: Excellent communication. The owner contacted us after booking and again before arrival. He arranged a meeting time that suited us all and he kindly allowed us onboard earlier than the listed check, so it is worth asking when beneficial. He showed us around and where everything is.
Facilities: For us, we only used three of the five cabin rooms. There are 3 toilets, 2 boat shower facilities with lots of hot water. A drinks fridge. There is a large TV though we never used it, as the boat's setting in the port was too good to be watch TV. The upstairs deck area has a table and comfortable seating areas, with a large dining room table below deck.
Location: It is amazing. The port is where all the activity and lovely restaurants are, so you are right in the middle of it all. A simple stroll up the boardwalk and you are there!
If we are ever lucky enough to be back in Puerto de Mogán, as you might guess by now, we intend to be staying here again - Thank you for providing such a lovely place for our holiday
Leaving... only as we wanted to stay for longer!

Centrally located, easy access to beach, restaurants and shops, spacious for yacht accommodation.
It’s not a new boat, but has been cared for, berth mattresses are typically not as comfortable as a hotel bed. Probably going get hot mid summer but off peak it was good.

Location is ideal
Lack of laundry facilities.
Lights were inadequate for reading, Owner is aware and said he would address this issue. WE purchased and additional battery powered lamp.Very relaxig.
