Post wedding night

Lovely hosts who provided a well stocked fridge with breakfast options. We stayed the night after our wedding and it was the perfect place for our first night of married life. Totally private.

Lovely stay, good self service breakfast. Great wildlife.

Very quiet, except for the peacock, which was a bonus. Great continental breakfast, including baked beans, in you wanted them. A treat of chocolate eclairs too. Very comfy bed.

Lovely self contained flat with everything you could want.

The breakfast was sort your own but there were loads of options. There was a fridge full of food, fruit and lots of drink options. I would definitely book again if I was in the area.

The variety was excellent. Also supplied was snacks if you wanted which was good. I enjoyed the cheese and ham that was supplied.

The thing we were not keen on is nothing that can be corrected. The lanes that lead to the property are very narrow.

Loads of room, well appointed, a DIY breakfast with lots of choice, and good to find a place that is not fixed to a 10am exit

The approach road is very narrow, and best not approached from Tiverton! It's great to have a bath, but access is a bit tricky - there is a shower over.

Location fantastic. We understood prior to our booking that it was to be a continental-style breakfast, so no problem at all. The property was very clean and comfortable and most importantly very relaxing. Thank you David and Carol.

Comfortable stay, with everything you need.

The accommodation is self-contained, comprising one half of a bungalow so we had absolute privacy. We were made very welcome by the owners. The fridge was well stocked with plenty for a supper and breakfast. Surrounding gardens are lovely.

Approach to the property is along a narrow farm lane so you need to be prepared to reverse!

Well pleased with our short stay in this lovely spot.

Well-located for the purposes of our visit. A superbly quiet place with pleasant views of the garden and the countryside. A really excellent room (a small suite, actually), with a comfortable bed and good furniture. The breakfast was do-it-yourself; we were supplied with a wide range of food to put something together. It worked well and we especially liked seasonal soft fruit from the garden - a nice touch.

The approach is by a very narrow lane. Common enough, especially in Devon, but a bit disconcerting if you're not used to them. The shower is in the bath and isn't easy to get in or out of, especially if you're of a certain age. Perhaps some grab-handles would help.

Meadowview is a lovely place to stay. In a good location, it had everything we needed for our overnight stay. The hosts are friendly, helpful and generous, the supplies for breakfast we're more than enough. We would definitely stay again.

It was set in very nice, quiet surroundings with a lovely back garden. Very calm and relaxing place to stay. The included breakfast provided in the kitchenette was a nice little touch.

We would ideally have liked a small sink to be put in near the kitchenette area for more ease. The bath was a little awkward to get in and out of, due to it's positioning.
