O espaço era espaçoso ,bem aquecido , mesmo em dezembro tinha estacionamento á porta.
As camas são desconfortáveis, os colchões são muito finos. O pior é as escadas íngremes, muito estreitas e perigosas . A localização não é má . A existência de uma só casa de banho condiciona um pouco as manhãs
