It consists of the first level:

🛋️ a living room/dining room space,

🍽️ a fully equipped open kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, toaster),

🛏️ a room with two single beds and one double bed,

🛁 a bathroom with bathtub,

🚿 a shower room with walk-in shower,

🚽 a separate toilet with a washer-dryer,



🪜 Upstairs, you will have:

🛏️ a bedroom with three single beds,

🛗 The apartment is on the 4th floor with an elevator. 🪜There are 3 steps when entering the accommodation after the elevator.



🅿️ The accommodation is located in the pedestrian zone of downtown Colmar. A paid street parking zone with parking meters is available nearby.

🅿️ The public Montagne Verte parking lot is located 5 minutes walking from the apartment. It offers 650 underground spaces (maximum height of 2m, possibility of electric car charging).

🅿️ You have the option to reserve private parking spaces in the building's basement (maximum height of 1m80) or within a 500m radius around the accommodation. These spaces are limited, subject to availability. A reservation is mandatory. Rate starting from 12€ per night, per space.

🚲 You have the option to reserve a spot in a secure bicycle storage room in the building's basement.

⚠️ In accordance with regulations and for your safety, the number of occupants in the accommodation, including adults, children, and babies, cannot exceed 15 people.



🛏️Do you want to sleep in a double bed? Once the booking is made, you can reserve a "double bed" option for 30€ per double bed, so that the 2 single beds become a double bed, with a double mattress topper and a double duvet.



House Rules:

🚭This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking devices is prohibited.

🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.



🐕 Animals are accepted upon request (animals under 15kg and non-dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.



🧹Bed and toilet linen as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.

🧹 However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, clean the barbecue, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a "complete cleaning" supplement for the apartment for 60€ before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 120€ for cleaning fees will be charged to you.



🧹 For any stay of a minimum of 8 nights, a complete cleaning, during the stay, with changing of household linen is included in the rate, with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired day of the cleaning company's visit (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be specified to us by email before your arrival, and will be confirmed subject to availability. If you do not want this service, it can be canceled but will not be refunded.



🧹 For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to book a "mid-stay cleaning" option before the stay, always excluding the equipped kitchen and dishes with an additional charge, upon prior reservation.



📝 A digital contract signature and your ID will be requested after booking through the Yaago platform, as well as the information for the police report, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to deny you access to the accommodation.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped, although needing some TLC. The master shower had both hand held and rainshower facilities, but the lever to switch to the rain shower was missing. Whilst showering with the hand held was possible, we would have preferred the rain shower. There was a peculiar smell every morning in the area by the staircase, which dissipated over the day. We never discovered what it was. The bedrooms are large, but the air conditioners were not adequate for a hot summer. The apartment is really well situated for the old town, and we all had a really good time together. So overall a very pleasant experience!

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les grands espaces des différentes pièces et la propreté. La situation dans Colmar hyper centre et la proximité pour visiter la route des vins et multiples villages typiquement alsaciens. On sent que l'appartement a déjà bien vécu et de nombreux matériaux sont abîmés ou vieillissants tel que les canapés un peu élimés, le parquet abimé dans le couloir, les portes de placard de la cuisine mal fixées , 1 porte de SDB endommagée, le miroir du grand placard brisé et l'escalier qui bouge beaucoup et très bruyant quand on l'utilise. Tout cela n'empêche pas de passer un excellent séjour mais il faut peut-être penser à renouveler certains matériaux.
