It was clean and in a good location

It wasn’t at the address in the listing Should have been better communication so when we turned up in the evening in the dark with 3 children only to enter a key code to get our key that had a note scribbled on it to say where we were staying. It was ok but just should have been made clear. We did mention this to the host when she came round on check out morning to ask when we’d be leaving wanted to collect the city tax. We were told the original address has apartments that were too small for us. That’s fine but again nothing in the listing suggested we’d have to go one property then another.

Amazing location right in the city. Good size living, dining and bedrooms. Cute view of the church from the dining room windows. Super affordable for 6 people.

I informed the lady we were coming and the time, no response. I called she said she would meet us there, we arrived. Called again. Then she came 5 minutes later, hunted for the key for a while and walked us to another location. With a toddler, grandmother and a lot of luggage in tow, all 6 of us had to head through the heat. She was rude. She could have given us the correct address and met us there on time and been polite. The dishwasher was broken. Almost no soap in the bathroom or dishwashing liquid. Modern looking bathroom but the shower needed some attention. 1 fan for 3 bedrooms however the house was pretty cool considering the heat outside. No clear checkout policy. Usually a cot comes for free with booking.com places and this place charges.

Location, cleanliness, size

It would have been great to have another ventilator. The apartment is big and if you use 2 rooms to sleep and if you’re unlucky enough to have very high temperatures like we had, it can be usefull to have 2 vents.

Location was good and friendly staff/owner

Bed was broken and unstable . No aircon.
