Comfortable, clean and an excellent location. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

Some of the fittings were in poor condition, but not so bad as to warrant complaint.

On the plus side: the apartment is amazingly located. Clean, warm and cosy with everything needed for a short stay. Tick! Our greeter, Franck, could not have been more pleasant and helpful.

Things that might concern you. 1: If you are security conscious, the deeply recessed front door has no automatic light. It’s hard not to feel vulnerable at nighttime. 2: If you have mobility issues, the apartment is accessed by 3 sets of steep, tight spiral stairs. 3: If you are safety conscious, there appears to be no smoke alarms. And the only way out - in case of fire - is the one in. Overall: seems to be a corporate investment rental rather than one rented by an individual owner. The giveaway for these is that no-one replies to messages sent through Booking.com. Which is unnerving as the message-chain in booking.com serves as protection for all parties.

If Thomas could not help us for luggage carrying up to 3rd floor would had difficulties.No have lift.No have enough Clean material in flat.
