The size and location of the accomendation
Parking was pre booked but found it difficult to find the accommodation from the parking. A fair walk if you have luggage

Great location, excellent space, perfect for family with 2 middle school aged kids
Nothing I didn’t like. Might I suggest adding some hooks to hang towels? Otherwise all is excellent!

Central location with good free connectivity.Nearby to attractions. Quite location.
Cotton staff prompt to response and the TV all channels issues not able to watch.
The shower gel was NOT enough for 4pax staying 4 nights. The bath tub drainage was poor.

The location is excellent, the staffs were very helpful. Overall it’s quite ok.
It’s not an ideal location if you have many pieces of luggage.
There is no Uber in Colmar and it’s quite difficult to get a taxi. The only realistic option is to walk but the hotel is about 1.5 km from the train station and the cobbled footpaths make it very challenging, especially with heavy bags.
Another issue is the pillow. It’s a strange square shaped firm pillow that’s really hard to sleep on. Almost impossible to get a comfortable night’s rest.
