🥨 In the heart of downtown Colmar, this 195m2 duplex is fully air-conditioned. Ideal for a family stay, with friends, with colleagues, for a weekend, vacation, or work. With its 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the apartment can accommodate up to 15 people.



It consists of the first level:

🛋️ a living room/dining room space,

🍽️ a fully equipped open kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, toaster),

🧼 a laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer and a second refrigerator/freezer,

🌞 a patio, ideal for nice days, (an electric barbecue is available from Easter to September 30),

🛏️ a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed (sleeping at height is not suitable for children under 6 years old),

🚿 a shower room,

🚽 separate toilets,



🪜Upstairs, you will have:

The apartment is on the 3rd floor with an elevator.



🅿️ The accommodation is located in the pedestrian zone of downtown Colmar. A paid street parking zone with parking meters is available nearby.

🅿️ The public Montagne Verte parking lot is located 5 minutes walking from the apartment. It offers 650 underground spaces (maximum height of 2m, possibility of electric car charging).

🅿️ You have the option to reserve private parking spaces in the building's basement (maximum height of 1m80) or within a 500m radius around the accommodation. These spaces are limited, subject to availability. A reservation is mandatory. Rate starting from 12€ per night, per space.

⚠️ In accordance with regulations and for your safety, the number of occupants in the accommodation, including adults, children, and babies, cannot exceed 15 people.



🛏️Do you want to sleep in a double bed? Once the booking is made, you can reserve a "double bed" option for 30€ per double bed, so that the 2 single beds become a double bed, with a double mattress topper and a double duvet.



House Rules:

🚭This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking devices is prohibited.

🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.



🐕 Animals are accepted upon request (animals under 15kg and non-dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.



🧹Bed and toilet linen as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.

🧹 However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, clean the barbecue, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a "complete cleaning" supplement for the apartment for 60€ before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 120€ for cleaning fees will be charged to you.



🧹 For any stay of a minimum of 8 nights, a complete cleaning, during the stay, with changing of household linen is included in the rate, with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired day of the cleaning company's visit (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be specified to us by email before your arrival, and will be confirmed subject to availability. If you do not want this service, it can be canceled but will not be refunded.



🧹 For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to book a "mid-stay cleaning" option before the stay, always excluding the equipped kitchen and dishes with an additional charge, upon prior reservation.



📝 A digital contract signature and your ID will be requested after booking through the Yaago platform, as well as the information for the police report, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to deny you access to the accommodation.

We had an amazing time celebrating New Year’s Eve at this vacation rental with a group of 15 people. The accommodation is absolutely perfect for a larger group—spacious, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for everyone, and the sanitary facilities easily handled our group without any issues.The location couldn’t be better—right in the city center on one of the main shopping streets, making everything easily accessible. It’s rare to find a place that combines such comfort, convenience, and charm. Highly recommended!

From the time I booked the apartment until the time we departed and got our deposit back, everything went smoothly. Matthieu was incredibly helpful and responsive. Anything we needed he came right away and provided. The apartment is in a great location in the pedestrian part of town. Everything you want or need is in walking distance. We were 12 women traveling together and we were able to have twelve separate beds. The kitchen was well equipped. We loved the N'espresso coffee. They really tried to think of everything and did a great job. It was clean and perfect for our needs. The table accommodated all of us and there was plenty of seating on the large sectional sofa in the living room. I would definitely stay there again.
