Outstanding. All rooms were well decorated with a vintage flavour. Having a lounge room to relax in made the end of each day. Bedroom and storage was superb. Location was excellent. We walked from the train station and easy 5 minute walk to main square. Would love to return.

Lovely hotel. Attention to detail especially the wellness basket, very well stocked and thoughtful. Very clean, warm. Great with dogs although they are not allowed in the dining area, which is fine. Parking was easy and free overnight on street parking,but I would think during the busy season it would not be that easy! There is a parking garage opposite. Extremely reasonable prices and great A la carte restaurant!
Bed was a bit too hard for me.

Really cosy and warm, more spacious than we were expecting and cutely decorated for the Christmas season with gifts and treats. The location was perfect, very central to the charming old town and main areas to see in Colmar. We would stay again! The bath was really nice after a long day out in the cold too! Spacious and warm for two. Very well priced we thought!
Kitchen could have been better equipped (e.g a spatula!) but we appreciated having enough to be able to cook our own breakfast. The bed while comfy and cosy has an awful creak whenever the person on the right side moves, if you’re a light sleeper this may bother you! Also there was no shower, just a handheld shower head in the bath. This was totally fine for us, but if you require a shower for any reason (mobility etc), be aware :)
The directions to find the apartment were great but we still had trouble identifying which was ours especially in the dark, lots of doors and lots of stairs, we are very glad we were only on the second floor as carrying heavy suitcases to the top with narrow staircases would have been torture!

No-one to meet us.
Questions due to arrangements regarding parking etc completely ignored.
Some fixtures didn’t work properly or at all.
No bread/ pastries for breakfast - told to go to bakers - both closed
