Loved the location, property was beautiful and clean

Entrance way is a bit off putting due to the smell, but once you are inside the unit it doesn’t matter

The photo is not up to date. It took us quite awhile to find it. There is no key needed to enter the building but we were not informed.

No lift, The light in the toilet is too dimmed.

I liked the location. The atmosphere is quiet, despite the Christmas market outside. We stayed on the second floor, but we didn't have any problems with the stairs.

I recommend light luggage, as there is no car access in the historic center.

Central location and easy to reach all touristic attractions.

There were no internet connection. We could not get any signal. We asked landlord to fix it however she told me that reset the modem and did not work at all. In this connection no TV and netflix too. There are no toilet paper and soap in bathroom. This is unacceptable when you pay the price. Towels are smelly. The room did not match what we booked via booking. The photos of selected room is different than actual ones. The pricey and does not value to stay at attcic such price. Last years I stayed much better places in Colmar before.
