Le rohan sawadee

We had a wonderful 4 nights at Le Rohan sawadee. The check in process was seamless - we were met right out front and given our car parking pass which was great as this location is very central. Apartment was clean and easy as a base to explore the beautiful Alsace region. A great supermarket just below for the necessities. The washing machine was a winner after a few weeks on the road. It was getting hot so the fans in the bedrooms were welcome.

I’ve seen previous reviews of no soap/toiletries provided. It would be easy to leave a bottle of body wash or soap and maybe bath salts for use.

The apartment was very spacious and most comfortable. Perfect location!😃

Spacious, clean, well equipped, great location. Big jacuzzi tub, balcony, nice kitchen, good natural light, lift. Great apartment, can easily sleep 5-6 adults. Has all necessary stuff. Host Barbara was helpful

Soap/body wash could have been there. Rest had everything we need. Would have been great if host could take special request for a birthday cake i requested.. But okay i guess.

The host was very flexible, we were able to check in earlier which was fantastic. She met us outside the property when we got there and showed us the apartment, she was friendly and we enjoyed the position of the accommodation. Near the Colmar old town. We were pleased the apartment had a washing machine and clothes horse to dry the clothes. Kitchen is small but with ample utensils, plates, pots etc. We were happy we could open the windows to let fresh air into the apartment.

We were grateful there was a lift from ground floor to the apartment, lift was quite small. We thought the apartment wasn't very clean. Red flags when the dish clothes were stained and looked dirty. Same with the tea towels. I did my first load of washing (great having washing machine in the apartment, a big plus) and was quite horrified she left the removable floor mop in the washing machine and was amongst my washing. We were happy that the main bedroom was nice and light ie letting in sun into the room. Bed wasn't as comfortable as we hoped. The spiral staircase to go up and down stairs, so not so good for elderly and for me, I have a sciatica leg which didn't like going up and down the stairs.
