The cleanlines and the facilities, the host Amelie did amazing job. The location is great, quite close to where we wanted to go, pretty much everything was on point.

I cant drive close to the location, unloading my luggage and loading my luggage is very difficult. My room is on 3rd floor, and its without elevator. The parking is hard to reach, traffic confusing.

Everything was great

The property’s location was good, being on the edge of the old town and accessible to everything we wanted to visit. It had a nice view of the church roof and a very pretty building in the Old Town. It was clean, but the facilities were incredibly limited. There was too much frou frou taking up the very limited space available (on the small kitchen worktop and in the bathroom). You need to be fit to climb four sets of stairs each time you return to the property, and with any luggage/shopping it was a chore. The property was advertised as having three flights, which we had thought acceptable.

There are four flights of stairs to the property, rather than the three advertised as there is a further set inside the property’s front door before you access the flat. Also, as the property is in the eaves there is limited headspace in every room. There is nowhere to sit and relax, other than the bed, and the kitchen is limited - only a microwave and 2-burner hob under the eaves so incredibly awkward if you wanted to cook. We chose not to on this occasion; whereas we had in every other property we stayed in on our extended trip. The majority of the pictures shown in the advert are not of the property we stayed in; they show a much larger property. The few pictures at the bottom of the advert (the last four) are of the top flat property (by showing them altogether it is easy to think they are of the same property) and are taken at wide angles. The parking facilities are incredibly difficult; the instructions are provided once you arrive, but are VERY detailed as the underground facility is a 5 minute drive away through one-way streets. The garaging is very large and shared with a local hotel. It is also extremely confusing, despite a video being provided of the location of the parking bay, which you can only view outside of the garage as there is no WiFi once inside. It was a minefield!
