🥨 In the heart of downtown Colmar, the 160m2 GRIMM apartment is ideal for a stay with family, friends, colleagues, for a weekend, vacation or work. With these 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the apartment can accommodate up to 10 people.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor with elevator. There are 4 steps between the elevator and the apartment.



🅿️ The accommodation is located in the pedestrian zone of downtown Colmar. A pay-per-use on-street parking zone is available nearby.

🅿️ The Montagne Verte public car park is a 3-minute walk from the apartment. It offers 650 underground spaces (maximum height of 2m, possibility of charging an electric car).

🛏️ Do you want to sleep in a double bed? Once the reservation has been made, you can reserve a “double bed” option at €30 per double bed, so that the 2 single beds become a double bed, with a double mattress and a double duvet.



House rules:

🚭 Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 additional cleaning fee.



🐕 Animals are accepted on request (animals under 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.



Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.

However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, clean the barbecue, take out the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. . If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 60€. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €120 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.



🧹 For stays of 8 nights or more, a complete weekly cleaning with change of all linen is included in the price, always with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired weekly cleaning day (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be indicated on your yaago traveler space at least 48 hours in advance. It will be confirmed to you subject to availability. Weekly cleaning is free. If you do not want this service, it can be canceled but will not be refunded.

🧹 For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to reserve a “cleaning during the stay” option before the stay, always with the exception of the equipped kitchen and the dishes with an additional charge, upon prior reservation.



📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.

A beautiful, spacious apartment perfectly situated for our family. The washer and dryer were well utilized, and we appreciated the full stocked kitchen for eating-in.The apartment is well located, right in the center of town but still close enough to parking lots. We explored exclusively on foot.My only recommendation would be to upgrade the TV (at least in the living room) to a smart TV. We wanted to watch something at the end of the day and relax, but since none of us spoke any substantial amount of French, the standard TV offerings didn’t appeal to us. It would have been nice to use our streaming accounts.

Location outstanding. Also space in the apartment was impressive. Bigger than we had envisaged. Small issue with having a cot for a baby was addressed very quickly after a short phone call. Overall the apartment was fantastic and would gladly stay again. The en-suite bathroom of the first bedroom by the apartment entrance is not at the same standard of cleanliness and decoration than rest of apartment. Also curtains in that bedroom didn’t work properly as curtain rail morning good condition. That room and bathroom in general could do with an upgrade.

Check in was problematic. First off very hard to find the apartment. Then the code they gave us was incorrect so we had to make a phone call and wait for someone to let us in and give us the correct code. Elevator was nice. Apartment was really huge! Now for the drawbacks: I hope this isn’t too confusing… One bedroom (BR to your left after entering) had a full bathroom with a tub with a handheld shower only if you were sitting in the tub. No closets. One BR had no full bathroom only a sink and shower but you couldn’t put the handheld sprayer in its holder because it was installed upside down so you had to continually hold it while showering. The 3rd bedroom had no bathroom at all; the shower and sink in the hallway. The apt. had 3 toilets altogether but only 1 en-suite in the first room to your left after entering and one in the hallway the 3rd adjacent to the laundry room! This apartment is on a very busy corner with noise almost all night long. It would've been nice to have air conditioning so we could've shut the windows and slept better. Some family members kept complaining about the cleanliness too!
