Alles noch ganz neu und schick in super Lage und super Lärmschutzfenstern, um es grundsätzlich ruhig zu haben
Appartement 11 oben unterm Dach war bei sommerlichen Temperaturen sehr heiß und durch die Straße vor der Tür, war Schlafen mit komplett offenem Fenster schwierig

we thought we paid all via booking.com but deposit needed to be paid separately and in advance. in fine print booking mentions that no external payment link needs to be followed but an external link was sent to us to pay the deposit and that created abit confusion and misunderstanding. needs to be amended there
Very noisy neighborhood , people shouting in the streets , barking ! throwing bottles , motorbikes and speeding cars , taking the cornes very agressively making car loud speeding sound until 01:00 hard to sleep with this noise i wonder where is the police to make them stop ? pay a fine or even arrest the troublemakers. Colmar in general very calm and nice but in this neighborhood people were disrespectful in that regard

Great position, just a few steps from the old medieval center. Cerrefour is just qcross the street, the room was nice and clean: it had a nice spacious bathroom very clean as well. A coffee maker was in the too.
Too many steps to get to the 3rd floor: 75 altogether. Lots of noise in the late evening/night: cars, motorbikes, people yelling and playing music. Good news is if you close the window it gets better.
